great service speaking English well , great room, there is a small elevator, free coffee and tea, a place to eat a meal, clean and tidy ☺️👍

It was ok for me, what can you not like..? the location can be troublesome for people who go here with the assumption that they will find only birdsong and the sound of the sea. 😉

It was very convenient to the cruise ship terminal. It was basic but very functional and a good price. The owners and staff were very helpful and especially for arranging a transfer to the cruise ship. Good breakfast and close to a lot of restaurants for evening meal.

The hotel felt like we were visiting friends 🙂 Very attentive staff, comfortable and clean room, full breakfast and beautiful view from the window 👌 Near the hotel there is a restaurant, pizzerias, supermarket and shops. The next day we were allowed to leave our luggage. Very close to the ferry port, 20 minutes walk.

Clean and comfortable. Easy access to the Ferry to England. The Greek restaurant was excellent for dinner.

It's over a restaurant so there is noise from that, but not too bad for the location. No face washer provided. Would have been nice to have more comfortable chairs in the dining area.

Character hotel with good big room and bathroom. Very clean although some of the decoration is slightly tired. Complementary coffee and tea in lounge. Friendly staff. Free parking in street. Bars, restaurants and shops all in easy walking distance.

Steep stairs might be a problem for some people but there is a lift.

The customer service is exceptionable. All though the booking and arrival process was very easy. We asked for a late check out and this was no problem and when we could not get a taxi the lady in reception went out of her way to help really 5 star service.

The staff was absolutely delightful, helpful, supportive in all means (like printing out tickets or assistance concerning an earlier check-in).

The room was tiny, but I did not mind because I travel alone.

The ability to heat up and eat our own food in the area provided.

It was a Saturday night so there was some noise form the bar across the road.

Trudy and her staff were very friendly! As for the hotel itself, it was close to the city centre with many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was small, but comfortable enough to sleep after the festival I attended in Zandvoort, 15 kilometres away from the hotel.

There is a good canteen with coffee machine, plates, forks etc., however I wish there was some fridge so you can keep your food in there.

Host and hotel were perfect. Made adjustments to my stay as I arrived late on New Year’s Eve. Took care of me and even offered me a free late check out
