The greeting on entry and exit was really warm and welcoming despite not arriving until 11.30pm and our est time was 10.00pm. The room was laid out very well and the shower & toilet were combined in a compact cupboard with sufficient room to spread your arms but not enough for you to want someone else using it while you shower. The bed was comfortable and the rooms was very clean and quiet. I cannot comment on the food as we ate in Amsterdam all the time but the serving area always looked clean & ttidy and the receptionists are more than willing to pick you up from or to Santpoort-Noord station. We had a great stay and would certainly recommend to anyone (in fact have recommended to sister-in-law)

There wasn't anything I didn't like, did what I needed it to. The communication between myself and the staff when I realised I had made a mistake on booking was very good and very quick to reply.

Great place in a great location close to the center, shops and local stands on the other hand, there are many lovely places to walk and relax. Comfortable room with full equipment and, most importantly, brilliant service, the owner is very nice and accommodating I heartily recommend it

This small hotel is conveniently located, we found it right away. Very friendly staff.

There was only one chair in the room, although it was designed for three people.

The manager Lydia was amazing . She made us welcome and at home and really served us an amazing personalised breakfast. She really was very nice and helpful The hotel is a in a very calm neighbourhood and near to all the facilities . The rooms are quiet and in a safe neighbourhood

Management are very friendly even when I could not get a taxi he went out of his way to drop me where I wanted to go. The room that i stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Good value for money highly recommended
