We had a great stay in Jane’s apartment. The location by the sea was beautiful and we were treated to glorious sunrises over the water. It’s well positioned for visiting both ends of Golden Bay - from kayaking at Tata Beach to visiting the seal pups at the stunning Wharariki Beach. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay, with a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The outdoor space was great and we made good use of the bbq and deck areas. Jane’s garden was a dream for our kids (and much fun was had playing with the dogs) and taking in the sunset in the hot tub was a highlight. Jane and family were welcoming and accommodating. Great place to stay, wonderful location. Easy access to beach . It was good to have a private outdoor area and BBQ. Friendly, helpful staff. Good selection of kitchen ware / bbq tools. Also was great having a spa, trampoline and huge grass area for children to play. The water was nice and hot with good water pressure in the shower.

The only things I would change is the lounge seating wasn't very comfortable after a long day of walking. It's a small space but would be nice to have chairs that are a little more relaxing. Also, it would be great to have a clothes rack or outside line to hang wet togs, wet towels, etc. Otherwise very happy with our stay.

One of several self contained apartments in a large house. On the coast with huge lawn heading down to beach. Outdoor spa was ready and fun. Bonus having Lucy the lab to play with. Very good communication with owners who were off site. Dishwasher and access to wash machine good too.

Bathroom has no Powerpoint and the only mirror. Bedrooms have powerpoints but no mirrors so doing hair, dressing over several days stay was problematic. Kitchen is adequate for several days but could use paper towel for hands, as napkins, ti clean spills and more kitchen tools/cutlery to cater for 4 day stay.

The host was very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was exceptional! It exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable. The place had everything one would want / need. Summerspring Beachfront reminds of a piece of heaven.

Keeping in mind we spent holidays there, it was a bit disrupted by the arrival of the garden maintenance person who started to work with his electric tools after 8 am, followed by the cleaner upstairs, and shortly after another working man arrived and loudly scratched for hours the rust from the tin roof under which I set.

Beautiful place with stunning views over the sea! The room was really lovely and spacious with a big comfortable bed, nice sofa area and dining table. Loved the high wooden ceiling and many windows. Magical to be able to see the sea from bed and hear birdsong first thing in the morning. Gorgeous trees on the property as well. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it ♡

Nice ground floor apartment. Lovely shared gardens, hot tub and small BBQ. Outdoor seating, including swing seats facing the sea. Direct access to the beach. Nearby to walking tracks, coast and Abel Tasman park

Had expected there to be an oven, but there wasn't. Managed with the hot plate and small BBQ. Good size fridge though! Only exactly four of everything supplied (plates etc)....so had to keep washing up mid-meal for clean cutlery and crockery

Lovely little spot! Accomodation was very well appointed with everything we needed. Very quiet, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. We didn’t swim at the beach but it was nice for a walk down to in the mornings.

Spa pool wasn’t available which was a little disappointing. It would also be good to have a blind over the main door for privacy.

During our car trip through the South Island to show my parents the sights, we spent our final two nights at Jane's marvelous place. The setting is peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. Jane and her husband were exceptionally welcoming and kind hosts. I couldn't recommend their place more highly.

Very quiet and peaceful, with a good swimming beach at the end of the garden. The inside was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and well laid out. Very nice outdoor seating areas too. Helpful and friendly staff.

Instructions on how to use the ceramic stove top would be helpful but we figured it out.

The accomodation was fantastic very relaxing as we have dogs it's very large garden and almost private beach to walk anytime of the day. Robyn and her husband was very friendly they have their dog Lucy who is very friendly. Best holiday we had good size room and everything is provided. Will definitely book again.
