That the manager on that night was strict but very very much fair and gave me a chance because I had no bond but he trusted me and he was kind considerate for my situation the next day when I was late paying for the next night I pray that no one stuffs this up for everyone else as alot of people are only out to rip good people off please please be kind and courteous to these beautiful people I advise everyone to come 🫴 here it's by far the best motel I have stayed at it lovely and quiet and the service is 10/10

Our experience staying at 151 was fantastic, management and staff were so helpful and accommodating. The room was clean the beds were comfortable. And the facilities were great, bonus was the Thai restaurant right next door with amazing food so we didn't have to go far. Tho shops and supermarkets just around the corner. Definitely recommend 151 as we will certainly be staying here on our next visit to Whanganui.

Good parking easy to walk to supermarkets. Excellent stocked kitchen. Staff are super friendly they offer recycling as well as you can reuse your towels. Has seating outside if you are a smoker or vaper. Thai place next door was delicious.

Needed a deep clean in the bathroom. Was a bar of soap left by the previous occupant in the shower on the top of their free complimentary bathroom products.

We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived and the room was great. Loved the big bed and the location. We really enjoyed our meal at Thai Twist and the fact that we could just walk across the courtyard was an added bonus.

The noise from the upstairs bedroom - you could hear the people walking across the floor during the night - maybe they were just heavy footed. Could not hear noise from any other rooms beside us.

Our check in was easy. They accommodated both mine and my Mum with my sister. We had booked separate rooms but they had upgraded mine at no cost. So I gave my one bedroom to my sister & mother and I took the studio. The rooms were clean. We were even given fresh milk on checkin. Owner was very helpful. Rooms cleaned daily. I definitely recommend this property.

Comfortable and clean rooms. The bed was cosy. The rain shower and spa tub were enjoyable and clean. The sofa was large and plush, perfect for watching Netflix on the tv. Kasha and Ira manage the property well. They are friendly, accommodating and work hard to ensure the property is well kept. Our stay was lovely and peaceful. We added an extra night stay because it was so neat, clean, comfortable and pleasant.

On main road, very clean and comfortable, upgrade given to ground floor suite, not enormous but big enough, milk provided, parked car outside room door, very good thai restaurant on opposite side of car park.

Not much, basic tv channels and 20 minute walk to town though past 3 supermarkets and loads of food outlets if you need supplies.

Communication was amazing, from Alex! Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm smile and then directed to our room. Room was super clean and comfortable. Convenient carpark directly outside our bedroom. Instructions were clear Will book again for another stay in the future!

Very clean & tidy, room/kitchen had everything you might need. Beds were comfy. Very friendly and accommodating service. Convenient location if you have a car (to get to the main shopping area it’s 30 min on foot or a few mins by car). Would definitely stay again.

Have stayed here a few times, always happy with our accommodation, very central and value for money.

Only downside was the gym over the back having there loud music going really early in the morning. But it has nothing to do with the motel.
