This hotel is in the perfect location—right where you want to be in Granada. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Even the basic, smaller room was plenty spacious for me as a solo traveler. The water pressure in the shower is excellent, and they provide shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, which is a nice touch. The pool area is a great spot to unwind, especially since Granada can get quite hot. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience.

The only downsides were the limited breakfast options—I found myself getting bored after just three days—and the drinks. The beers are very overpriced compared to what you'd find just outside in the tourist area (C$90 vs. C$35). Still, overall a solid stay and a great base for exploring the city.

Well appointed location right in the center. The staff was friendly throughout and showed an interest in their guests. The room was large with a comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, a new aircon (a godsend in this hot and humid climate), and a large bathroom. The chair in the room was very pretty. I liked the pool in the patio with a picturesque water drop from the top. The style is still quintessential Selina, just under new management. Unlike some of my past Selina experiences around the world, this one luckily turned off the music at bed time.

The water pressure in the shower was very low. Wondering if this was a way to save water. Towels provided, but I often miss a small mat when getting out of the shower with wet feet. It is a small thing, but makes a huge difference for me. Some of the Selina staples like kitchen are removed from Socialtel. Shortly after the Easter holidays, it felt like offseason with not many guests, neither at the hotel nor in town.

The front patio with all the seating and layout downstairs was super nice to sit and relax in. Ac and fan worked great and room was clean and nicely decorated. Staff helped with tours that they offer there including the walking tour, boat trip and volcano hike which were all great.

We were glad we choose the bigger/comfort double, as the small double was quite tight and the windows of some of them were only into the hallway - which isn’t as clear when you book. Ours had a window to the courtyard but it did quite closely over look the room next doors balcony - but luckily the room was empty so it was fine.

I can strongly recommend this place because (1) it is at an excellent location (2) all employees are pleasant and helpful, (3) I was in a beautiful suite overlooking the Central Park and the cathedral. Since I stayed here for a total of four weeks, I can say that this hotel is well suited for a long stay.

WiFi reception in rooms is miserable. You can do your work only in common or designated areas. Additionally, if you want to see your LinkedIn, Facebook, or watch a YouTube video, you also have to go to common areas.

Really nice hostel. Nice, spacious and clean rooms. The location could not be more perfect. The restaurant has good food and nice cocktails. The staff is helpful and friendly. I would definitely book it again because of the rooms and the location.

We do have 2 remarks: 1. Breakfast. You pay 7,90 per person and can order “from their card” BUT you cannot order everything you want on the breakfast menu and for drinks you only get coffee or tea. Not even a juice, that you have to pay extra. Also the portion is somewhat small. My advice do not take breakfast at Selina and just go to one of the cozy breakfast places in town. You pay just a bit more for a much nicer breakfast. 2. We booked their shuttle. Cost you 25$ per person which is the highest we paid for a shuttle. Then they tell you pick up at 12.30. Our shuttle arrived almost an hour late, at 1.20 pm. Someone told us after 20 minutes waiting that it will be there in 10 mins but still took half an hour from this point. Of course that can happen but then communicate it better please.

The location was great, right on the square with lots of restaurants, shops, etc., within a very short walking distance. I didn't avail myself of the pool, but it looked nice. I really enjoyed the amenities including the yoga class, getting a massage, free walking tour. The staff was extremely helpful. The one time I ate breakfast, it was amazing.

The bar staff seemed disinterested and distracted. It would be great to have an area to post things like folks looking for others to go to dinner, join on tours, etc. The people trying to sell tours in front of the hotel were extremely aggressive and it made me not want to sit on the front porch because they would approach me and ask for money.

My husband and I are very well traveled (58 countries) and have stayed at 9 different Selinas now. We've stayed at everything from overwater bungalows in the Maldives, Ritz Carlton in Abu Dhabi, and now, 9 different Selinas in Central and South America. We always stay in a private room at Selina hotels and booked the suite this stay. Super spacious and clean. There are TONS of bathrooms too so we felt like we could have also booked the micro rooms with shared bathroom, but we got a good deal on the suite during black friday sales. We will always keep coming back to Selina chains because we love the vibes. They're always well decorated, offer amazing well-priced tours, have super friendly staff, and just attract the right crowd of like minded travelers. Breakfast was free for us due to being Booking Genius/Level 3 members and it was fantastic. On site bar/restaurant too to get snacks and drinks if you wanted a munchie late at night. It's right across from a locals market where they sell the cutest hand made pottery and trinkets for a very low price. Tons of restaurants to walk to as well.

Honestly nothing bad to say, but if I HAD to list something, the A/C could have been a smidge cooler. We like to sleep with freezing cold A/C. It definitely worked or we would have been crying all night long, but it was on the weaker side for us sweaty Americans. Not a real issue though. We would stay here at this location and at Selina hotels again and again!

Top location in Granada, right at the Central Park. At this hotel they make sure that guests have best possible experience. All employees are very polite and helpful. My suite was really beautiful, with two balconies overseeing the Central Park and the cathedral.

WiFi is very slow and unreliable. Be aware that water is cold. This is quite common in the tropics, but it is not necessarily pleasant.

The property itself is lovely. It’s a great building and my private room was very nice. Location can’t beaten.

The atmosphere didn’t really live up to the name. There were very few people about in the evenings, likely because the bar was so expensive. Most staff were lovely, but (over my 2 stays) I did deal with one young guy a couple of times who was utterly disinterested in anyone and everything, to the point of rudeness

I stayed in a private room, and the space was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The facilities were perfect, and the co-working space was incredible — especially since I work remotely. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was a nice bonus, and the location couldn't have been better! I would definitely stay here again!
