The staff is very friendly and professional. Very good breakfast. Parking. Pet friendly. Nearby the highway. Very clean room.

Considering the extra charge for the room, due to my pet (a cat), I expected a better room. Unfortunately it seems that, although the extra cost for the cleaning not mentioned on Booking (it actually says that no extra charges would be added), rooms given to guests with pets are not the best. Still a very nice room but a bit updated and with some small issues due to use in time. But still very clean and with all comforts.

I liked the helpful staff. At first, I received a modernised, yet tiny room. Not even a flat surface big enough for a laptop. Talking to the reception staff solved the problem immediately. I got a non-modernised room double the size but 100% the same price :)

The tiny double bed room is hardly big enough for a single person. I would not have been happy with that room. Thanks reception staff, I got a bigger room.

The breakfast was exceptional, the design warm and modern. The restaurant looked very cozy

The room was so small that traveling with a bigger suitcase I wouldn’t know how to open. The room temperature was only 17 degrees and wasn’t able to get warmer. The receptionist didn’t know how to change. Smiling is seemingly not a strength of Norwegian people.

Twin room requested not my version of twin room. More like a double( single beds pushed together. It was however value for money

I have stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions recently and each time it was excellent. The recent refurbishments have ensured the rooms are modern, bright and extremely comfortable.

I like the room it was very clean and the bed sheet was very good not so duty because i have allergi when it becomes the linen of the bed. The kids was enjoying staying in the room.

The location is nice, short distance to everything.

There was some reconstruction and we did not know but we booked it with 3 months notice so it was alright.

Breakfast is good. A rather small area available for breakfast but it has all to enjoy a good breakfast to start the day. It was easy and fast to check-in and -out.

Parking (not charged by Scandic) is rather expensive. Hopefully Scandic will be ablate agree a better rate for its guests.
