The experience moving from lobby to rooms was very well organized by the reception staff. We were a mixed family with older parents and child but the staff were caring enough to make our stay so very memorable and comfortable. Every team from buggy drivers to restaurant staff to room service was fabulous 👌. The staff in both restaurants were lovely 😍 and food was yum yummy 😋. The Naseem adventure park is good for kids.

The pool was sooooo cold we could not swim. The pillows could improve.

Fantastic location, very close to a rose garden and a 5 minute drive to the start of the 3 village hike and a 15 minute drive away from the abandoned village of wadi bani habib. The activities were phenomenal and the zip wire and the activity park was excellent for our 7 year old. Very nice staff and the Bedouin restaurant in the first floor was phenomenal. Best food we've had in Oman.

The swimming pool can be cold in the morning or evening but it's the mountains after all so not much you can do about it. It's in the middle of the mountain so does attract a lot of bugs so definitely keep the doors closed.

The buffet for lunch and breakfast was very good - a great range. There was lots of entertainment for the kids - face painting etc. It’s in a great location really close to an excellent viewing point. The majority of the staff were really really lovely.

Minor point, but we didn’t have a great experience with the staff member who ran the adventure course. We tried to get a pass for our daughter but he wouldn’t allow her to access it as she was too young - even though she is definitely capable of the climbing required, she was below the minimum age limit so that was understandable, but we didn’t appreciate the staff member telling us that he had made an exception for several other children under the age limit but wouldn’t make an exception for her. That left a fairly sour taste in our mouths as it seemed quite unfair and didn’t make much sense!

Very good property with amazing views. Amazing drive through the mountains. If you are confident in driving, I would definitely recommend driving to the hotel. You can only take 4WD or AWD vehicles, there is a police checkpoint that doesn't allow cars with 4WD or AWD. If you have a car you can drive to some view points nearby, I think even the hotel arranges for some packages for view points and transportation. There are lot of restraunts in the nearby town, you can try some local food. The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms were good with a nice balcony.. Room service for food could be a little faster. Housekeeping was good..Basanta and Mushard from the Housekeeping team was available and helpful The adventure park was really good with zip lines and different circuits. Very good breakfast options, nice swimming pool. They have a small kids play area as well.

We really enjoyed our stay in dusitD2. Our kids totally felt in love with the adventure park which we enjoyed every single day of our stay (and it was not only because of the park but also thanks to great personnel there). Heated swimming pool, amazing breakfasts and dinners, nice and modern room - everything was great. We really liked our stay in dusitD2 and we hope to return once.

We booked a room for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), but when we arrived there the room was not ready for us - we missed additional bed and towels - it was ready only for 2 people. Good is that they solved it quickly.

Everything was fantastic from check-in to check-out. Especially staff were great, very helpful and professional. I would to mention Mr.Arshad from reception who made our check-in very smooth also he went by him self with me to show me my room because other staff were busy with customers and also was very co-operative to help me in something I faced with my room. Very professional staff. Also I want to mention Ahmed from baggage service who was very kind and helpful. We spent great time with the kids in the adventure park which was fantastic and my kids like it so much. Thanks for the professional management.

We liked the facilities and the staff attitude. We had a situation at the border where we were not allowed to take our car as it wasn't a 4WD. When we called the hotel, the staff was quick to respond to our request and sent a car (although at an additional charge) within 20 mins to pick us up. Decent brekfast options available. Our stay included access to the adventure park, which was a nice experience.

The pool was very cold and not heated (around 12 noon). The staff did tell us that they had just turned on the heating, but we didn't feel any difference even after waiting for 30 mins.

I, my wife and our 1.5 yr old daughter thought of going for a staycation as it was my wife’s birthday. It was an amazing two day retreat for us as the weather was atleast 6-8 degrees better than Muscat and the wind speed made it feel atleast 10 degrees lower. Dusit property is good for family staycations as well as office get togethers as it offers adventure park facilities as well. Just wish it was for free for in house guests. But nevertheless the property offers you decent activities for kids and adults and the location is perfect with all nice view points in close vicinity. Hospitality is what Dusit is famous for and again we weren’t disappointed. In fact we were one of the delighted guests , specially when the hotel staff got us an on the house birthday cake for my wife. Special thanks to Ms Rahima, Mr Mithilesh and Ms Sherry for making the special dinner even special. Happy guests mean good reviews and good reviews means good business for hotels. Wish them goodluck for the times ahead. Keep delighting guests. Small gestures matters.

Wish the adventure park facility would’ve been free for in house guests.

A wonderful hotel with excellent breakfast and dinner options. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel grounds were beautifully maintained with flowers, plants, and even a climbing area for kids. Perfectly located for hiking and visiting the rose gardens — an ideal base for exploring the area.

You definitely need a car to get there, and a 4WD is expected. There are only a few restaurant options nearby, so we ended up dining at the hotel both nights. While the food was excellent, it was also quite expensive.

Location is great. Liked the restaurant with the Bedouin theme. The band was great and they played a song I dedicated to my wife. Yaseen at the restaurant was a great waiter really. Kudos to him.

Would’ve liked it if the room actually had a view, it was just overlooking some made ground and a fence. Didn’t know about heating option in the AC. Nobody told us about it until the second day and the temperature outdoors and indoors was really cold. Was told gym is 24 hrs but on first day was almost kicked out of the gym by 8 pm cause they were closing.
