If you're looking for a place to stay in Nizwa, look no further! From the very beginning Anu (the owner) and the world class team he has put together were nothing short of amazing. After a long day of driving from Sur, I was greeted by a smiling Mr. Anu at the front entrance. The check-in process was super smooth and he mentioned that since this was my first time in Oman, he had upgraded my room. A little about Mr. Anu - He is one of the nicest and humblest people you will meet and he treats every guest with respect (he previously worked in some of the top hotels in India like the Oberoi and the Taj). As I was walking out, a small "hello" turned into a very pleasant 2-hour conversation about our lives, history, and Nizwa. Being that it was my first time, he gave me a list of places to check out and practically planned out my itinerary with the must-see items. Every morning before I'd leave, he'd wish me well on that day's journey as I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and dates. I mentioned that I loved dates, and he had his staff pack me a whole bag's worth. A little about the hotel - The two-bedroom suite was very spacious and spotless. Along with the rooms, came a kitchen fully equipped with cooking utensils, a stove and a fridge. I was lucky enough to get a room that gave me a view of the sunrise every morning. A very pleasant way to wake up! Just a heads up, the hotel is located ~15 minutes outside of the city center, but I personally preferred that so I could avoid the city traffic while going out on day trips. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a 10 minutes' drive as well so you can always stock up on supplies. Pro-tip: Book through their website for a better rate and a potential upgrade!

Nothing, this visit was simply amazing!

We stayed for 4 nights and the apartment was very comfortable and clean. A little dated but all functional. The kitchen was well equipped. Mr Anu, the manager was extremely polite and helpful and always checked that we had everything we needed during our stay. Hasan on reception was also very friendly and welcoming. Mr Anu and his team are perfect. Thank you. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The bed was comfortable abd rooms was clean

I think breakfast charge is over priced.c4 Omani Riyal is too much. I think if it is 2 OMR would be acceptable. I found some small insects in the kitchen area only. I would advise to close the floor drainage with suitable cap and open it when needed for kitchen floor cleaning. These insects are coming out from there. However, the kitchen, toilets and all rooms are clean and tidy and there no sign for any insects.

The staff especially Mr. Anu Mathur was very helpful, provided early check-in, recommended a few nice places to look around it was an overall satisfying experience.

This place is on one side of the city from there you can go to places nearby but the main attraction if you can say so, Nizwa Fort is on the other corner of the city

The hotel staff Anu was very friendly and was very helpful in guiding for our trip and was very cooperative, even other staff were very helpful.

Absolutely no regrets, landing in this hotel with a last moment booking. Very polite staff and spacious two bedroom apartment which was clean and well maintained with basic amenities. Had a comfortable stay and felt homely. Looking forward for a second stay and pleasant conversation with the friendly & informative Mr Anu.

The most ideal place in Nizwa for family stay. Had booked 2 B/R at Nizwa Hotel Apartments for an overnight stay enroute to Salalah from Dubai. We felt like at home. Next time would love to stay there a full day with the family. Great hospitality Neat and clean rooms Ample parking space Nice location

Good property; Excellent staff. Mr Anupam (Anu) was more than helpful in guiding us in terms of places to visit, where to eat etc. He went out of way in calling the restaurant staff to take special care of our food requirements.
