I chose Wynwood House, San Francisco, Panama City from all the lodging in the city for a number of reasons - based on the internet listing. Nothing disappointed and I will book with them again. 1) The room was beautifully designed. For me, this is not small consideration. I realize that I am deeply affected by good or bad aesthetic choices and I was very happy at Wynwood, SF. 2) The location and neighborhood was where I wanted to be. I wanted to stay either in San Francisco or El Cangrejo. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery markets in walking distance. 3) The balcony was excellent, and even had a view of the Pacific. 4) It was easy to communicate with the property before, during, and after my two reservations. There was one hitch getting the key code to the door of the apartment. After that was sorted, I discovered that the problem was mine. A new key code was provided via booking message, but that message started with a paragraph trying to sell me a taxi. I ignored the taxi pitch because I already had a car service booked.

I am interested in longer term rental... But, cats are not allowed in the building. Dogs are allowed - with rules and I assume with a deposit. Were cats allowed, even with a deposit that might cover damage - I would be very interested in renting longer term. I will definitely consider another short term rental at Wynwood House San Francisco, Panama City, Panama

I love the design of the property. I really liked the responsiveness of property management. They always responded to messages in a timely manner. The property is secure and safe with kind and alert security. The building is quiet with in terms of property rules, not parties, etc. The neighborhood is safe and easy to navigate. The wifi is excellent and reliable. All utilities wired well. The AC and fan were easy to operate. The balcony was perfect, and faced the Pacific.

I wish the longer term rental options for this property allowed a cat. They only allow dogs with a deposit and a longer lease. I could understand a higher deposit for a cat. Some cats scratch furniture (mind does not) but do not understand the double standard. As is, I would definitely rent short term without my cat, as these two reservations were. But, I am looking for a long term lease in the city. Please, reconsider your policy on a cat (with a damage deposit of course).

The check-in experience was very difficult. Basically impossible. The woman who responded when I wrote was very nice, he but basically kekpt routing me to the online form that wasn't working. Finally I said can't I just send the pictures that the site isn't accepting, and they said ok. Would have been better if they'd suggested that in the first place - I spent hours trying to check in. The entryway was also a problem. The woman nicely sent a picture of the buillding, but neglected to tell me I had to walk around to the side to get in. However, it was all worth it, as I really liked the apartment

The Good/Great - The accommodations were wonder. It was clean, with a great view. We felt safe and the location was good, close to coffee shops and walking distance from the Mall. We loved the indoor outdoor living the sliding doors provided. The apartment was tastefully decorated and all the necessities where provided. It was as advertised.

The Difficult - The check-in process was atrocious. It took almost 45 minutes. That needs to be stream lined and simplified. I want to express it was no fault of the staff. She very helpful and did all she could which included contacting the owner. Also the television is not connected to local stations and should include at least 1 channel in English like BCC or CNN. We like to watch the local news when we travel aboard to be somewhat abreast to what is occurring in that country. If theses things are addressed our rating would be a 10, and we would differently stay there again.

Nice apartment, with wonderful city views, close to Omar Park and at a good location to go to every main touristic point in the city. In addition, it includes access to the gym, and rooftop salty pool. The team was very responsive and in close contact with us.

The location of the property was good. Close to restaurants, multiplaza mall. Unit was nicely arranged with convenient items - dishes, utensils, washing machine. Nice one bedroom with balcony
