It is absolutely stunning. It is situated in the mountains above Boquete on a gorgeous coffee plantation. The landscaping is immaculate and simply breathtaking. Our room was spacious and well-appointed with a giant Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. It also had an indoor and outdoor fireplace that we used on one particularly cold evening—they leave a pile of wood for you! WiFi covers the property if you want it. The restaurant on the property is excellent. As you might imagine, they serve some great coffee!

Not that it was a huge problem, but some matches to start the fire would’ve been helpful.

This hotel is a dream, nestled inside the coffee plantation. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, a great place to relax (and learn about the history of Boquete). The staff is amazing - kind and welcoming, ready to help you. They manage lots of communication (booking of tours and other services) directly through WhatsApp, which is great. The food is tasty and pleasing (we had our breakfasts and dinners there) Last, but not least, the coffee tour is amazing! César is a great guide, and its been unforgettable.

The property is beautiful. I really enjoyed walking around the coffee plantation. The views are fabulous. A very nice setting overall. The rooms/restaurant/etc are not bad but not outstanding. I guess you sorta get what you paid for, without loss or surplus, if that makes sense. The rooms were clean but a tad dated, the restaurant is fancy but not very tasty imho.

The location is both great and complicated. If you dont have a car, getting a taxi is not cheap ($15+) and it takes a while. However, if you do have car its superb.

The site is beautiful, the staff very kind and knowledgeable, the rooms comfy, the meals yummy. You could just stay in there and have plenty to do for a couple of days. We explored the trails and did the coffee tour, both very enjoyable, and we learned quite a bit, too. The site is over 100yrs old and filled with quality beans and nice stories. A 15 min ride from the town and similarly 10 to 15min ride from some of the most popular trails. And good wifi, if you need to do some work, too.

I heard on September there’s going to be some changes, that the hotel is planning to expand the parking lot so cars can arrive at the room. I would suggest to think it twice since one of the attractions is having birds and butterflies near the flower and us guest in the hamacas taking rest while enjoying nature. Would be a shame if all of that is gone

I chose to visit Finca Lerida as part of my solo travel adventure, and it didn't disappoint! The grounds are green and lush, and a floral fragrance fills the air. It's a beautiful scene day and night. My room was clean and a good size, with a fireplace and a large hot tub inside!   One of the servers at the coffee plantation restaurant, Roosevelt, is a Boston Red Sox fan and proudly wears his hat! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent! They even sang Happy Birthday to me in English and Spanish. I didn't even tell them it was my birthday—that's how much they paid attention to the details!  Xavier, the manager, also provided excellent service by checking in personally to ensure things were going well! Before breakfast, I enjoyed the beautiful and steep walking paths. Breakfast is delicious, with fresh and sweet fruit. My server was Eduardo, who provided great service! I encourage you to drink the coffee, as it's meant to be served black, without sugar or milk/cream. It's harvested here, so it's purely delicious!  The coffee is a must. Our tour guide, Jose, was knowledgeable and made the tour fun! There's also a coffee tasting at the end that is informative.

I recommend running the shower for 20 seconds to warm it before stepping into the shower.

The staff at this hotel / finca are amazing. Everyone is friendly and willing to take time to offer advice for things to do and places to see. The restaurant is amazing and Sarah concocts fantastic food. If you want to do a coffee tasting, Gorge is the best person to go to, with details on everything coffee. Roosevelt and the rest of the staff will take care of everything you need. Cesar leads the bird watching tours and he is amazing at what he does and how he can find the birds. Jose runs the coffee tours and shows how the process works so everyone understands.

The facilities are old, some dating from 1914. That is what this place is, the first commercial coffee farm in the Boquete area. The rooms are quaint and smaller. They do offer king and queen beds in the rooms and the showers are large, but the buildings are old and you are staying in a rustic environment.

Location - close to beautiful nature, possibility to observe birds right outside the window. It was easy to organize to take part in the very interesting tours (coffee, bird watching) with amazing and very knowledgeable tour guide Cesar. Furthermore breakfast was great, and staff in restaurant and reception was very nice too

Recommendations: it would be helpful to have a kettle in the room to be able to make a tea

In the middle of the coffee plantation. Own paths to walk in the rainforest and look fot he animals. Breathtaking views. Excellent coffee served by professional baristas. Own fireplace to enjoy in the evening.

The restaurant was a mixed bag of experience. Some dishes excellent and some disappointing.

Place is super clean and the staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly and accommodating.

It’s little bit hard to get to. If you are not use to drive in very narrow lanes, it’s could be a challenge. Your ears will pop just because is such a high mountain.
