This property was amazing. From the moment of check in to all the way to check out, the staff was friendly and helpful and the amenities were top notch. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the location is unbeatable - right in the middle of Panama City, with two blocks to the Cinta Costera and a short drive to Casco Viejo. We're definitely going to stay here again next time we come back to Panama.

Nothing could've been better.

The staff was excellent from the time we entered the hotel until the time we exited. All staff were friendly, accommodating, and kind. The room was clean and room service was prompt. Airport shuttle service was provided and the driver was prompt and kind. When checking in, we were greeted with a smile and kind word from all staff in the lobby and I found Juan who checked us in to be very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Regarding food, it was top notch. We only stayed one night but had a wonderful dinner and breakfast. The waiter was fantastic and had a lot of patience as I practiced speaking Spanish. He was very kind and allowed my hubby to take a photo of him and I which I appreciated. We will stay again in January and hope to see this waiter again to display my improvement in speaking the language. We had a wonderful experience staying at Bristol Panama! I am very particular about what hotels I choose and this one is at the top of my list.

There were a few flys in the bathroom which I was surprised to see but I quickly took care of them and didn't see anymore during our stay.

The location is quite central. The room was big, and the bathroom was big as well. Evening turndown service is a nice touch. Complimentary water come in handy in this hot place.

During checkin the receptionist said I had 20% discount at the spa. However, upon checkout the discount was „not found”. 36 USD is not an issue at this price point, but it leaves a bittersweet impression - clearly somebody at the reception was wrong. Breakfast had limited options (during week days, on the weekend there were additional options like taco station). The pool is not the best (small, a bit dated, and without a view), but it seems to be a problem common to many PTY hotels.

This is a beautiful hotel! The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. We had a king suite room that was very large for a very reasonable price. The bathroom was very large with a two person bathtub and a full sized walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and because I booked on Booking.com, the breakfast was free. We also had lunch in the hotel and again the food was very very good. I cannot say enough, good things about this hotel. If you decide to stay here, you will not regret it.

The only thing I personally didn't like were the pillows. They are very soft. Of course that's just a personal preference.

EVERYTHING All if the staff was so nice, kept checking that we r ok. Kept checking that the room is clean and the minibar is full twice a day. Everything we asked for had done really quickly. The bad was so comfy and the shower was great- the organic shampoo & conditioner made my hair looks so good and soft! The breakfast was great- a big staff that here to help in everything- big variety of food and juices. Everything was perfect so we decided to extend our stay in 2 more days.

Very clean and very quiet. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Close to El Carmen metro station with access to Casco Viejo and to the airport. Breakfast was very good... lots of choice and bottomless coffee! The swimming pool was a great boon, exercised in lap pool every day. Close to main walking and jogging path along water. Close to Foodie Grocery store. Drinking water provided in room was appreciated along with the mini fridge.

No common relaxation room at spa. They are segregated into men's and women's.

This place is the best hotel in panama, period. I have stayed in most of the luxury hotels, in Panama City, and nothing compares. They bring good old days service and standards into modern, friendly, welcoming environment. The bed and bedding are superb, all sparkling clean everything, spacious rooms, amazing food in their restaurant. Comfortably located on a quiet side street. This is always my go to choice in the city. Yes I’m a returning client.

We last stayed here about 5 years ago, and it was not good at all...in fact we made the decision not to go back. So, we were going to Christmas shop in Panama City and read that the Bristol had new management...so, we booked 4 nights....and everything was perfect. The new management are doing an excellent job...and we will stay there again. Top marks to Bristol for great accommodation, great service, excellent food and a very good location...what is not to like!

Staff super friendly and attentive, breakfast delicious, 300 meters to Metro Estación Iglesia del Carmen, valet car parking without additional costs, Sixt Rent-a-car 150 meters just around the corner, Coffee Max (Obarrio) which became my favorite location for some snacks and drinks in the evening at the same distance, and the area totally safe.

My room in the 7th floor didn't have the best view, but I didn't book it for looking out of the window all day long. So, the answer is: There was nothing I didn't like.

Hotel, staff, rooms everything was amazing! Everybody was so kind and helpful! Shout out to everybody at the reception and at the entrance, you made us feel like home! I hope Bristol Management knows what an amazing team and staff they have, we will definitely come back because everyone made us feel special and like family there. Go book this hotel to stay in Panama, we were very happy to stay at Bristol rather than somewhere in Casco Viejo. 10/10

Maybe upgrade the breakfast with more vegetables. That's all :)
