The 2 bedroom apartments were just what we needed as we traveled with 2 kids. Big, comfortable single and double beds, kitchen with necessities, and laundry facilities. The staff we interacted with at residence check-in, main hotel reception, Mumu, Bistro, and housekeeping were all quite friendly and helpful.

Service at the Bistro was slow the first time we were there and we waited about 10 to 15 minutes for our order to be taken even though it was not busy. We also were unaware and were not advised that we needed to authorize a "food and beverage tab" at check-in to allow any room service meals to be charged to the room. It was an inconvenience when we left a family member in the room while we were out and asked for room service. Suggest that this is communicated at check-in for all guests.

The place had an event on but it didn't feel crowded. There is enough space and the event spaces are separate from the accommodation. The residence itself was cozy and homely but modern. And fitted with the usual home white goods and brown goods. Including a washer dryer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Some bathroom Amenities were provided. The kitchen was adequately equipped with cutlery and cookware to make a decent meal. The balcony area was generous. The view was of the rest of the hotel which is better and more restful on the eyes than the street outside. There is a pool and gym that is separate to the hotels pool and gym. And a co-working space for meetings and getting work done. Overall, the residences were very relaxing, comfortable, clean, spacious, and pleasant for the whole family.

Items to add to the kitchen : peeler and a grater. And mixing bowls of different sizes. People will want to cook in those kitchens. Sliding door handles in the bathrooms are hard to grip and lock/unlock. Change the design for easier grip and turning.

The hotel staff were exceptional, very polite, courteous and professional. The facilities were great, with a good choice of restaurants and good quality food. The room felt very comfortable with everything we needed and a nice view. Felt very secure with 24hr security which was very important to me as a female tourist in a dangerous city. They kindly arranged a driver to take me sightseeing. Mumu restaurant was exceptional!

It was our first time to the hotel and we were booked into 2 bedroom apartment residence. Understand that we checked in early but given the circumstance perhaps there could have been more information given by the staff about wifi, dining, location of building where we will be staying had no idea was in another building altogether. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

Just more information when checking in eg Wifi, location of building particularly if your staying in apartment residence. It was our first time here.

A great option for a stay in Moresby. There are numerous food and drink options that are all good - while we all wish it was easier to move around POM, it isn't, and in the meantime don't hesitate to use this hotel.

No major concerns with this hotel. I always find the Hilton chain finicky with wifi and loyalty schemes but those are minor issues.

Modernized materials and appliances, clean, comfortable, and very friendly staff. And the highlight of the stay was when the Hilton Team expressed their support towards my son's 10th birthday by adhering to my request for a cake to be prepared and delivered to the room. Thank you so much, Hilton Team.

The view towards Hohola was not so appealing. Also breakfast was not included as part of the breakfast, though I wish it was for a family of five for two nights.

The staff was all wonderful; very pleasant and helpful all the time. The bedroom was great; extremely comfortable bed, fabulous bathroom and shower. Amazing and very complete breakfast. Excellent pool and gym. Great AC. Great wifi throughout hotel.

Location isn't great. An empty mini bar is inappropriate in a hotel of this caliber. All rest was truly great.

Loved the friendly staff and the location, my toddlers really loved the fact that we had the swimming pool all to our selves and they had a really good time swimming. Overall, we loved our stay at the Hilton. We opted for the late check out and we were given an extra option to check out at the end of the day of course we had to pay for the late check out fee but it was worth the money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is exquisite.It's truly worth the money.

Would love to see some chocolate bars in the mini fridge. Also, I didn't use the other bath towels because it got a stain on it.Probably, housekeeping could double-check before the guests arrive.

It was my son's birthday and we decided to have dinner. Was happy to get a complimentary cake and the great stuff singing happy birthday and wishing us well. This was the icing on the cake because we ordered 6 steaks and they were perfect.
