Extremely good location for me and airport pickup was very convenient noting the security situation in the country. Almost any facility I need was available. Good restaurants and good entertainment for night life.

Extension of stay required follow-ups but eventually worked out. Thank you!

It was quiet. Spacious. Perfect for a private getaway

Staff at the counter weren’t quite friendly. They spoke to me in a rather dull tiresome tone, but switched up when an expatriate walked into the room. Greeted them kindly. Maybe because I looked very young, I didn’t deserve the same treatment?

I had to wait a day and a half for the TV to be programmed after making one call and two reception Enquiries..

Internet access has tremendously improved, and it is very welcome. Staffs are friendly and Lamana is my favorite option for my business trip in POM.

Paid for a premium room with cost similar to Hilton/Stanle/Airways but not quite the value for money with room finishes etc.

i like the proximity to quality restaurants and the rooms nice and clean , transfers to airport are very good and the vehicles are clean and late model.

Cleanliness, quietness, loved the room space and the comfort, the price matched my expectation, room located on the ground floor and so was nothing much to see but otherwise good.
