I liked the location, the room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was good.They offer free parking which is a plus if you are staying in downtown. Breakfast was great.

The toilet didn't work properly and cleaning of the room wasn't done the second day of my stay because the staff saw the Don't disturb" sign in the morning and didn't check it in the afternoon.

Excellent staff, very helpful and spoke good English. Good location walking distance from the town centre. Nice swimming pool.

Would have prefered hot to have been on the ground floor.

Clean Room, Clean Sheets, Good Bed. Good Location, they are at 3 miles from Old Downtown Asuncion and also about 5 miles to the New City Center so your are close to both sites. Great Breakfast American Style, recommended to start your day.

Check In Time, they said our room would be ready for 15:00 hrs and instead were ready at 16:30 so we have to wait about 1:30 before we can check in. The Hosts at the Hotel could not explain to us why this delay was instead they make us only wait.

A decent business hotel in the old down town. There is a good bar and restaurant on the same street if you want something more than a club sandwich. The pool area is nice too with views of the river.

Everything was fine. I have no complaints.

The font office staff were so helpful and respectful, Virginia was the lady whom was on duty the most whist i was there and Virginia was outstanding, Enrique was very helpful and respectful, also Lorena , thank you so much you made my stay in Asuncion even more special thank you graham cooper

Staff on the front desk, especially the young lady and young man were totally switched on and excellent at what they do. Bravo and give them a pay rise!

good breakfast, great location, friendly English speaking staff

no hairdryer, pool was full of insects after a rainy day (not cleaned daily)
