The location is great and close to many restaurants and stores. The room was very large and area was quiet in the evening.

Water pressure in the shower could be stronger. Try to have breakfast earlier in the morning as some food items may run out later in the morning.

The space and size of the suite.

I asked for an early check-in. They managed to accommodate us at 7:30 am, this was great. However, they didn't mention I will have an extra big charge for it. The problem was not the charge or extra fee, which was the lack of communication until the very end of the checkout.

Breakfast is provided in the room. not very great.

Bathroom had a smell, no good ventillation. This is a general problem im Lima and Peru.

Plenty of space for our family. Good breakfast delivered to door each morning. Kitchen had a kettle which we really utilised.

Little further away from main attractions but no problem

The room is very spacious, and the staff were helpful. I also loved the very central location. The hotel is located on a safe street and close to many tasty restaurants.

The facilities are very poorly maintained. There is mildew all over the shower, and the bathroom constantly smelled like sewage. The breakfast also could have been better.

We stayed here on four separate occasions during our visit to Peru, purely because we liked the place it was clean and comfortable, great safe location friendly and helpful staff.

The best room size of all the hotels we stayed (6 in total), for the price. Ample, clean, perfect size for family/business guest. Staff struggled with the language, but they really tried to accommodate all needs. They provided service after checkout that really made our stay comfortable. Good location.

Booking.com was not clear on what a standard room entitled which created a problem when checking in; they did not have two twin beds as the standard listing shows (or I misread it). Breakfast NOT for two guests even though we were clear on the number of people registering. The rooms do not have a heater only circulating fan, they added a heater to the room upon request (after a freezing night).

Spacious comfortable room on a quiet street near all the stores, restaraurants and bars of Miraflores. Nice to have a kitchenette. Great shower! The staff was wonderful.

The location is very good. 7 minute walk from the center of Miraflores. The room is very clean. Perfect water pressure and hot water.

The room is a little run down. It would benefit from some repairs like cracked mirror, and some painting. The breakfast is very simple, served in the room where the table can't accommodate a family. It's also running from 8am, so if you need to leave early, you would have to look for other options. No packed breakfast was offered. The AC worked, but probably for cooling only. We spent quite some time trying to get warm air out of it without much success.
