We found the the front desk staff are not all nice and helpful. We have stayed a number of time at this hotel, and it varies from year to year. Sometimes staff are just so professional and helpful, this year we found that staff at the front desk were doing their jobs with out the gentleness that characterizes Peruvian people.

Convenience. Closed to the airport.

I would like to have front desk staff more gentle and kind, as the other Peruvian people. I find some desk front staff very kind, but other are not which make a big difference when we arrive to a new country known for the friendliness of its people.

The hotel was exactly what we expected, except that it was at the old airport as opposed to the new airport (more on that below). Generally speaking it was exactly what one would expect from a Wyndham hotel. The beds were comfortable, the staff was really helpful. The resturant was great, and the service fast and friendly. The shuttle was super easy and convenient.

Nothing really they can do about this, but be aware that this Wyndham is at the old airport, which can be a 30 minute commute from the new terminal, even though it is located on the airport complex (you have to drive around the airport to get to it). There is a new, more expensive Wyndham at the new terminal, which can be a bit confusing. But location aside, it was exactly what we needed for our overnight stay between flights.

The hotel was comfortable as was my room. Even though I had a lot of luggage, they took it all on the shuttle and took my friends as well on the shuttle with all their luggage even though their website says you can only have one large bag and one smaller carry-on.

This hotel is by the old Lima airport, so there’s nothing in the area at all almost everything is closed down, except the hotels in this hotel will be closed in two years and demolished along with everything else at this site. A new hotel is being built at the new Lima airport, but it wasn’t finished. It was rather expensive for what it was especially for Lima.

The hotel was welcoming, clean, and professionally run. The food was excellent, and having access to a swimming pool and a massage area was a great bonus. I really appreciated the little treats like cakes available upon arrival — a nice touch that made us feel at home. The room had everything we needed, including hot water in the shower and good room service. It was an excellent place to stay, especially if you’re catching a flight the next day or even for a business trip. One of the best features was the shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes — very convenient and well-organized. This hotel is a great option for a short stay before a flight. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, good service, and convenience near the airport.

There isn’t much to criticize, but the hotel is a bit isolated from the airport. That said, thanks to the frequent shuttle service, the distance wasn’t really a problem. Still, being slightly closer to the airport would make it even more ideal.

Location. The hotel has a walkway attaching it to airport and after a long haul flight it is ideal. The joy of collecting you baggage and 10mins later being in your room is indescribable! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast has vast array of choices and was delicious. Room was standard but bed comfortable and lovely bathroom with huge shower and nice products to use. There is an on site bar, restaurant and you get welcome drink on arrival. Room service is available which is great if you are exhausted from flights and travel.

Nothing. It was perfect as overnight stop before next day flight to Cusco.

The location was perfect for our morning flight as the hotel is just across the road from the airport. We stayed in this hotel twice, before and after our flight to Cusco. We had breakfast once and it was excellent. Dinner was also very good. There is also a nice bar. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the concierge very kindly organised a taxi to and from the Larco museum for us and offered us some helpful advice. Our room was large and clean.

The rooms, especially the bathrooms are a bit basic for the price paid, and show signs of wear. Apart from that, we loved the hotel and we would definitely stay there again.

This is our second stay at the WCDS and we couldn’t be happier! The location can’t be beat, but the fact that you can’t hear traffic, either cars or aircraft, is why we choose it over nearby hotels even though they are cheaper. Our flight home usually leaves very early and this way we get a restful night in comfort and still have time to enjoy a delicious breakfast before we make our leisurely way to the airport. The staff are always the pinnacle of courtesy and smiling warmth, no matter what ungodly hour we show up.

The building is starting to show its age.

- Steps away from the airport! Loved that for an early morning flight. - Clean room with everything I needed. - I only stayed for a night but the staff and service were great.

- I could hear people in the neighbouring room and it woke me up in the middle of the night. They need sound-proofing or strict quiet hours. - A bit too expensive for solo travellers. - They didn't have vegan options for breakfast except fruit, etc. I think they should be more inclusive of all diet choices considering they're a 4-star hotel. Clearly labelled vegan products are a must. :)

Easy check in, which was quite late at night. I've stayed here many times on my way to Iquitos as I briefly pass through the Lima airport overnight. Rooms are clean, quiet and roomy. Good water flow, plenty of towels, good bedding. Breakfast is included and it always beats expectations.

It's a tad pricey for the little time I needed the room, but the location is right out the front door of the Lima airport. Just a walk across the taxi drop off/pick up area. The location is worth the cost when you fly in very late and have an early flight the next day.
