Had eberyhting there u needed. Stayed for two night. Onyl good for airport as nothing around the area for anyhting else , unless u wanted the 35/40 min drive into areas of interest in the city. Bed comfortable, pillows were very good. Clean, spacious. Food was very good. Meals were usual hotel prices for the uk not peru( twice the cost of eating out in Lima) but usual hotel food costs- pay for the convenience. Restaurants staff were very attentive , polite and helpful. Free airport shuttle was very good . Takes just a few minutes to get to airport but advised as roads were very busy around the hotel area.

Pretty good rooms, conveniently located across the Lima airport (although walking is not recommended) - and they run a free shuttle between airport/hotel every 15 minutes which works great! Clean facility, very nice rooms an the staff is friendly and polite!

I have only one complaint - the onsite restaurant was to up to the mark. We dined twice and each time our experience was not good - we tried local Peruvian food options like Aji de gallina / stir friend quinoa rice) as well as pizza/pasta/grilled chicken burger - they were not good. The grilled chicken was so chewy - I gave up fighting with it. This is the only reason I'm rating this facility lower. Everything else is perfect!

The staff was outstanding! Amazing English, highly attentive and concerned for our safety and ease of travel. It was clear they were eager to serve us as customers and ensure we were able to make our flight on time. Using the shuttle to/from the airport was quick and smooth. Their breakfast opened at 4am, which was great for our very early morning flight. They were helpful in finding a nice place to eat on our last night in Peru The rooms were FANTASTIC, probably THE nicest place in Peru we stayed -super clean, great sheets and bedding for a short but great night of sleep before our flight. I left feeling well taken care of and would definitely stay there again.

I wish we could have stayed longer - but were were only there because we had a 6am international flight out. Like all hotels near airports the surrounding area is not great for walking or getting a great restaurant - but that is too be expected.....just know if you are wanting a great restaurant experience outside of the hotel - it will be a 30-45 min taxi ride....again like any other hotel in any other city near an airport

It was very close to the airport, and the rooms were big and comfortable beds! They staff was also lovely and very helpful. We arrived in Lima for one night and were flying to Cusco the next day for 3 nights. With us we had a suitcase and handluggage and we were supposed to leave our suitcase at the airport and pay for storage, but the staff offered to keep our luggage at the hotel for 3 night , at no extra cost. And 3 days later we arrived back and even though we only stayed one night, they graciously helped us with our luggage and offered their airport shuttle to us.

Everything was great! But if you're going to visit Lima itself I wouldn't stay here due to it being far away from the city and in a sketchy neighbourhood. But if you're only in Lima for a night and need to be close to the airport, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I loved this hotel. I was a little concerned because it wasn't actually in the airport - it's across the highway, which sometimes can really add a lot of time to airport arrival when you have a super early flight. But I was super pleasantly surprised with how quickly the shuttle picked us up and it takes about 5 mins to arrive at the hotel. Then for our early morning flight they had a 24/7 shuttle which leaves every 15 minutes and also took about 5 mins to arrive at the airport dropoff. It was awesome. They also have a free breakfast buffet which starts at 4am which is so awesome if you have an early flight and I love that it's a buffet so you can eat fast if you have to leave quickly. Was super impressed with the hotel and would 100% stay here again when flying in/out of Lima.

The hotel is super close to the airport. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Good pillows too. We were overlooking a busy road so we could hear the constant honking but other than that it’s a good room for a night. The staff are super helpful and the breakfast buffet starts at 4 am so perfect for the early morning flights.

There are no toiletries in the bathroom. You can call down to reception to have them delivered but after a long flight I just want to have a shower and go to bed not wait around for someone to bring me a shower cap and cotton buds. This was really annoying.

The hotel is located just at the entrance to Lima Airport with a complimentary shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. The rooms are a good size, and the bed is super-comfortable. Definitely recommendable for a night before an early flight.

The instructions to the hotel shuttle were confusing. It wasn't clear that we needed to enter one of two unmarked, sliding doors in the arrivals area which made it seem like we were entering an off-limits area of the airport, and then we actually had to speak with another transport company. We asked a security guard, and he showed us where to go.

We needed an overnight stay at close as possible to Lima airport in order to make an early flight departure. This hotel was perfect for our needs - family of 3 and we got 2 double beds. The room was spacious and comfortable/clean. There is a shuttle service which operates between the airport and the hotel which was free and easy to use. The staff were delightful and very helpful. We had dinner at the hotel too which was perfectly pleasant and affordable for an airport hotel. The nearby Wyndham was pricing at $500 for a room for the night whereas we paid @$200 at the Hilton so it was definitely the most sensible option and was clearly being used by lots of overseas travellers.

I stayed at the hotel one night. The hotel is very close from the Lima International Airport and provides shuttle bus service regularly, which is so comfortable and convenient. Please take your time and you may better wait and hop on a shuttle bus to reach the hotel safely. The airport was so crowded, but a hotel manager or supporter welcomed you to a shuttle bus. The staff was so kind and supportive. They provides breakfast so early from 4:00 AM, which was so good for us to depart for the Airport at dawn.

The room was generally clean, but a shower both was not so much modern. Breakfast was good, but some of them was not so much fresh.

This is a very standard holiday inn hotel! Staff were great/friendly, the rooms were clean, hot water worked great, breakfast was buffet style, and you can't get much closer to the airport. It was great for one night before our flight. Bonus, they have a free airport shuttle which was super nice.

To be honest it was very noisy, even up on the eighth floor. We were facing the road that runs to the airport, so lots of honking/car noise went on into the night. It didn't bother me with the fan on high, but my mom put in her headphones to drown out the sound. To be fair, it's an airport hotel, so you can't expect extreme quiet, it's just something to be aware of! I'd also note that it was the most expensive room we paid for our whole stay in Peru, it cost the same amount for one room/one night here as it did for two rooms/two nights in Cusco. But again, we were paying for the convenience of being near the aiport.
