An interesting hotel with large rooms. The restaurant was good, the drinks were great. The location was walkable close to Barranco and Miraflores areas of interest. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The beds were unusually close to the floor, I'm tall, so it was a long trip down. The pillows were terrible. The walls are thin, I could hear a person two rooms down snoring all night.

An excellent hotel in a great location. There are shops and restaurants near by, and the staff is very helpful booking transportation. We got an upgrade to a suite which was spacious and comfortable. The suites would be good value when booking a longer stay. There is also a steam room on site to help relax after a busy day.

Make sure you book the steam room early, there is only one shared for all guests.

A great location with easy access to sites. Not too far from the beach. The breakfast was excellent. I want to especially mention how great the staff is here. They did everything to make our stay excellent and were very active and attentive.

They briefly ran out of towels due to unseen circumstances. Again the staff worked overtime to resolve the situation so it was a temporary problem.

This was the best run hotel of the group during our 20 day stay in Peru & Bolivia. The area is safe with lots of restaurants and shopping (if you want to browse). Very close is Barranco and the Miraflores boardwalk, and central Lima is only a 30 minute cab ride away. The hotel was clean and the staff responsive.

I would upgrade the breakfast a bit. It seems like every hotel in Peru offers some kind of processed ham instead of real ham to its guests. There were some lunch entrees served for breakfast. A nice espresso machine would be welcome. It's a nice hotel and can always improve!

The front desk staff were exceptional! Always very friendly and willing to assist. I took a tour out to Machu Picchu by myself and they kept in touch with me to ensure everything was going well. A special commendation to front desk receptionist Jesamine, and her staff. Wait staff in the dining room were always accommodating as well. The hotel does well because of their wonderful staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Well priced option in Miraflores and conveniently located to bars and restaurants. We walked from the hotel to the beach and did a circuit of Miraflores and Barranco and back in 6-7 hours including stops for coffee and meals. The room was very large and the bed was super comfortable. The fridge in the room was a nice touch also. The breakfast spread was quite nice also and they topped up the dishes throughout service to ensure freshness which was great.

Had to run the cold water in the bathroom sink throughout the duration of my shower just to get lukewarm water (hot tap turned on full without turning the cold tap on in the shower at all). Again, a common issue in Peru so didn't have a major impact on our stay.

Breakfast was delicious and with variety. The hotel is nicer in person than it looks in photos. Staff was great. A nice touch was that since we left before breakfast started, they packed us some bags with food.

The hotel is well located in Miraflores, and close to Barranco. The rooms are big and comfortable. Bed linen clean and good quality. The front desk staff and waiters are very friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast is very good.

The bathroom is not well-lit. Replacement for tea and toiletries needed to be asked.

The room was lovely, very comfortable and spacious. Just as described. Overall staff wrre polite and helpful.

Small criticism, the front desk staff were not very well informed on local activities or areas of night life. Also their limited knowledge of English was a bit challenging.

The staff were very helpful and communicative. Our luggage was delayed by the airport and the hotel staff communicated right when it was delivered. The bed was so comfortable and the duvet was so thick. We had a balcony which had a nice breeze. The shower was extremely large which was great and had hot water (even though it took a couple minutes to heat up). It was nice to have dinner there right after we arrived from the airport, and the included breakfast was outstanding. Lima is too big and chaotic of a city for our taste, but the hotel felt like a nice comfortable safe haven.
