Good location in Miraflores. A+ breakfast with real coffee!! Helpful personnel. The room with sofa is big enough to be comfortable.

I liked everything except for the normal double room to which I moved when I extended my stay in the hotel. While the room with sofa was good and big, the classic double room felt tiny even for one person. I doubt that it has the 20 sq meters claimed in the room description. So I would only stay in the hotel again if I manage to book the room with sofa. Normal rooms in this hotel are to be avoided.

The hotel is well located: although it is not in the middle of the main tourist attractions, you can quickly reach most of them on foot. It is in a beautiful residential area with many restaurants (large chains) nearby. I really liked the cleanliness and the room, which was spacious, with a window and a good bathroom. Very comfortable. They also let us store our bags on the day of check-out until it was time to go to the airport. Excellent breakfast.

I missed a kettle (in the room or available for loan in reception). I like to drink tea at night before going to bed and this was missing.

The hotel is big, clean and modern. The room had a good size and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is very good. The hotel is well located with many restaurants nearby and a very big supermarket (Wong) a couple of minutes walking. Also not far from the center of Miraflores.

We had a leak on the sink that was dropping quite a lot of water. After reporting it to the reception, they sent someone to fix it, but they only cleaned very good and didn't repair the leak. Nothing so big, but the only reason I didn't give them 10 points

Location is in Miraflores, and next to many restaurants and right on the main road. Rooms are big enough, basic amenities but clean. Comfortable bed. Staff is helpful. I have stayed in few other IBIS & this is definitely a notch above all of them. They have ample parking space. Pet friendly. They do have a roof top, though I didn't use it.

They don't have room service which is kind of like the idea of IBIS, but they don't do it at all. I mean not keeping a complimentary water bottle is taking it too far. Laundry service, again no one comes to collect, you have to keep your clothes in an open basket and they keep it at reception and you have to submit it at reception which is a little embarrassing. Breakfast is basic, not much change and okay at best.

The ibis styles in Miraflores is in a great location, within a very safe, relatively upscale residential neighbourhood. There are a number of international chain restaurants within walking distance, and a Starbucks next door! The rooms are clean and spacious; the breakfast was excellent; and the staff were professional (if not exquisitely friendly).

For a country where the tap water is undrinkable (bottled water is a must in Peru), the hotel provides none. The bar downstairs has some small bottles for purchase, but this is a significant oversight.

High quality hotel in a really nice area of Miraflores. Lovely reception and the breakfast buffet was a real highlight as it changed daily and had so many options. Room was large with a big window that kept noise out for a quiet sleep. Bed was really comfy with amazing pillows, massive bathroom with really good shower. Tv had loads of cable channels. Nice rooftop bar area open on weekends that has lovely views. Hotel is surrounded by food options literally right next door and across the street.

Breakfast is excellent. Staff also is very gentle and supportive. Location is great, close to supermarket, restaurants, walking distance to Miraflores center and also close to Metropolitano Buses if you would like to visit the city center. Restaurant at the hotel is also good ; there you will find typical Peruvian dishes good in quality, cleanness and at an affordable price. The hotel has also parking for the guests. I believe this is one of the best places to stay if you are visiting Lima.

breakfast sucks but i can’t blame them but again fruits were there and bread and butter were okay to survive😀.hotel is surrounded by a lot of fast foods is a kind of can’t die of hunger and multiple choices.

first thing is that booking.com mentioned of breakfast cost 8$ but IBIS charged me 15$ which was not fair and i questioned them then they said talk to booking.com and i ended up paying 15$ without spoiling my vacation.any way booking.com owes me 5 times of 7$ which is 35$ of the difference paid for 5 days.basically its a budget hotel and greedy people.any way its a good hotel for one night stands and business travellers.

The breakfast was super - so many choices! My partner and I both had work to do and could use the lounge area to be productive. We could enter 24/7 with staff at the desk. The room was comfortable and clean with a safe to lock up essentials.

It was a bit far away and on a loud street. Thankfully we didn’t hear anything from our room.

The staff were very, very helpful. Our airline lost a suitcase which arrived on our 2nd day but the staff were really attentive in receiving the case and staying in touch with us. they were efficient.

The noise carried a bit from the street but it's not too bad and not sure how much this can be avoided in busy Lima. the location is pretty good but it is out the way from central Mirra Flores so first time visitors to Peru may prefer a hotel closer to the centre of MF.
