For outside travelers that are Peruvians shouldn't have to pay the fee or taxes due to that we don't live in the country we have double nationality other than that customer service was exceptional very nice place to stay price wise the best out there in the market

Breakfast difficult for vegans

There is a big supermarket right around the corner! It is on a major part of town, so lots of businesses and people. It is also close to many attractions! Plus the staff were amazing, I loved everything about my stay here!

Just to note, if you choose a room near the window facing the street, there is a lot of traffic noise, even at 5am. It seems that this part of the city never sleeps!

I loved the terrace for breakfast and the arty vibe of this hotel. The WiFi connection was great. The little fruit bowls at breakfast were cute and super healthy (watermelon, mango, and grapes).. Breakfast was decent. The room was clean and comfortable. I like the little fridge in the room, very useful for my son. Jaimie at reception was super super friendly. I like how there is water you can access (hot and cold).

There are very limited vegetarian options for lunch or dinner and there didn't seem any way to accommodate vegetarian meals. The woman on reception said, "this is not a vegetarian restaurant". I get that but maybe have one meal option for vegetarians, or flexibility to adapt something so there's an option. For example, have the pasta but omit the chicken. We were feeling poorly one day and it would have been easier to have lunch at the hotel but it wasn't an option. It was extremely noisy overnight, so there isn't any soundproofing. Bring some ear plugs. There wasn't any body wash or hair conditioner so we had to buy some locally. Also there wasn't a hand towel, just bath towels. The shampoo was tiny sachets. It was slightly annoying.

There are so many things to like about this place! The rooftop area to have breakfast was really special and the breakfast itself had everything we needed and as much as we wanted. The facilities are also very clean and the beds were comfortable.

We were originally in a room that faced a busy road and this made it hard to sleep. We mentioned it to the staff and without any question, they put us in another room which was great. We had no issues after that!! It was very quiet.

Location is good - gas station is a block away, grocery store is maybe three blocks. There's a few restaurants in walking distance as well. I don't go out at night so I can't discuss nighttime safety but the area is perfectly safe during the day. Breakfast was good, coffee, scrambled eggs, etc. Everyone at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Internet was stable and suitable for digital nomads.

The mattress was kind of hard.

stiff pillows (but you can ask the staff to give you soft ones), sound of tables and furniture being moved sometimes, even late at night (I was on the 8th floor), the main elevator in maintenance several times (but you can use an alternate elevator), location wasn’t great as in other hotels that you walk out of your room and there are tons of places to eat and do stuff, but it wasn’t bad either

Lovely hotel, the stand out is the staff and how friendly they are😍. The room is very clean and the WiFi is great. The breakfast was okay but limited. The room has a fridge and microwave. Only drawback, it's very noisy overnight as it's next to a busy road. Bring your earplugs. Good value for money

Absolutely LOVED everything about this place! Great location, beautiful hotel, lovely restaurant upstairs, very comfortable and spacious rooms (we even had a microwave and mini-fridge in our room) , modern bathroom with nice hot water throughout the day. I HAVE to make a special mention of the amazing staff (Jonathan and Jamie), who were so helpful, friendly and courteous. They are amazing. I am definitely staying here again.

The food in the restaurant could be much better.

The decoration of the rooms and all areas was very nice. Staff was kind. Breakfast was okay.

A lot of noise at night as it is on a high-traffic avenue and buildings are not well isolated. In addition, be aware that in Peru, people use horn a lot.
