I liked everything, the hotel is very spacious and comfortable, it offers a delicious buffet breakfast, It is located in the heart of Miraflores, close to banks, markets, restaurants, and Plaza Kennedy.

On the 29th, in the morning we went down to the hotel reception to ask for a small piece of Scotch tape to seal a money envelope. The receptionist told us that he didn't have any. We asked if he had another type of tape like masqui or packaging tape, but he said no. . The truth is that it seemed like he didn't have time for us and it's hard to believe that in a 5-star hotel they don't have a piece of Scotch tape, which is what is most used in all the offices in Peru.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 days in total (2+4). Hotel is in the excellent location in Miraflores, close to the Kennedy Park, close to the sea coast, and relatively close to the fastest transport in Lima (Metropolitano buses). The breakfast was good. the room (suite in fact)was very spacious and extremely comfortable. the hotel is rather old, but very well manitained, so it was pleasure to stay in it. Many thanks for the extraordinary kind and helpful staff of the hotel.

Lovely spacious 'suite' with a nice big bathroom. Hotel is in a good location, only 10 - 15 minute walk to the coast (albeit on top of the cliffs!) and Miraflores felt like a very safe area. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby, all at reasonable prices. Reception staff were very helpful.

Breakfast choices were limited in our opinion, and staff were not always attentive to replenish items that had run out. Having said that, we did not go hungry! All of the plug sockets in the rooms were located behind furniture which was a bit of an irritation, but not the end of the world!

The room was spacious, excellent location, and very friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were very responsive.

It is an old hotel and has maintenance challenges. For instance, the elevators broke down several times during our 10-day stay, and the heaters in the room were not always reliable.

nice big room, good shower, nice comfy bed. good breakfast (especially fresh juices and fresh fruits). I didn’t pay Hilton/Marriott rates, so this was bargain

The location was good. Availability of all sort of transport from hotel was great. The staff was really helpful and went out of the way to support. The lady at the reception was really helpful, for any kind of help. I would also like to specially mention Elva the lady handling the restaurant who went out of the way to get a item added in the breakfast menu for me as I am a vegetarian. Overall awesome experience and definitely worth the pay.

Maybe hotel needs to market itself a bit.. A hoarding or two would help. Tracking the hotel without the same becomes a bit difficult.

The room was very large and comfortable- practically the size of an apartment. The furniture was good quality, the beds were very comfortable, and the utility of the kitchenette area was very good. Not quite a long-term stay efficiency suite because there was no cooking range, but comfortable enough for a multi-week stay. The staff was fantastic, very helpful and attentive. The location is excellent. Lots of bars, restaurants, and things to do within easy walking distance. Very safe area.

The air conditioning was provided by window units installed in the walls. The one in the living room had broken buttons, and the remote did not work. I also noticed no insulation around the area where it was installed, I could see sunlight coming through the hole where it sat. Seems inefficient. The A/C units themselves seemed a bit old/worn out from use. The fitness center was at the very top of the building, near a disorganized-looking common area with plastic chairs. No A/C, just giant windows that reached just 40 cm above the floor that could be opened ( not very safe) Very impressive view of the city though. Also, the bathrooms did not have sufficient ventilation. No exhaust fan.

Breakfast was superb! We booked junior suite with Jacuzzi Bath. The room was dated but didn't disappoint, lovely and big. Staff very friendly and helpful. Air Con was very good. No kettle in room even though a kitchenette but I asked for one and it arrived with a smile.

No hot water for showers and therefore couldn't use the Jacuzzi Bath. Staff tried very hard to get water temp up but we ended up having luke warm showers. Our room was very noisy on Saturday night from the hotel next door. Take ear plugs!

The room was very large with a large living room and kitchen, and large bedroom and two washrooms. The furniture is dated, but was not an issue. The included breakfast at the cafe was very good.

The furniture in the rooms were dated, but as previously stated this was not a real issue for us. The location is central and the sounds from the street can be heard in the evening.

Senior suite was extremely spacious and comfortable. Jacuzzi bath was nice. Good selection at breakfast and the food in the restaurant was tasty. Printing facilties available

Extremely loud noise from traffic, even though we were on the 8th floor - almost no soundproofing from the external windows. A bottle of water or two would be nice to have in the room as a 5 star.
