The Roosevelt is located in a great area. There is a park next door. There are stores, cafes, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, book stores all within walking distance. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The breakfast has limited choices, but is very good, especially the French Toast! If you stay for three nights, they will provide transportation to or from the airport. The bathrooms are dated, but I like that there is a lot of counter space. Some of the rooms are spartan, but the beds are always comfortable. The value is very good.

At this price range, I really have nothing to criticize.

Great location, the bed was big, the TV had good channels (makes a difference being in Peru for a few weeks), it all worked fine!

Minor items: could have done with a second bedside table, bathroom furniture is not super modern but it all works well.

Superb location, in the heart of San Isidro! Shops, coffee shops and excellent restaurantes are at walking distance. Trendy Pan de la Chola is across the street!

Bed pillows were too high! But, on request, they were changed.

Probably one of the best locations in Lima close to Dasso street where you will be close to restaurants, bakeries, and other services. Breakfast was very good.

Excellent customer service. The rooms are small and a bit antiquated but very clean and beds are comfortable.

The breakfast is good value for your money. You can repeat the hot drinks and juices and it was delicious

The location was superbe. Breakfast was impeccable in an upscale restaurante located at the first floor. Top notch location in the beautiful neighborhood of San Isidro. Well surrounded area with good restaurants as LILA, newly inaugurated. Author's cuisine restaurant with nice people and a carefully elaborated menu. The hotel staff was always nice and professional, particularly Mariana and the nice girl with the purple hair at the front desk, both went far and beyond to make our staying one of the best experiences we have had at a hotel. Thank you to Jorge, the doorbell and the young Manuel for their kindness and also to Lena, the cleaning lady. Congratulations for a professional service.
