I stayed in Room 406. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, good size for a solo traveler. It has everything I needed while await my next flight from Liam airport. There was a nice restaurant named Rasson next door by the corner serving wonderful Peruvian food! I'd love to go back to eat again. My flight was at 7am the following morning, I did not have breakfast, but the sweet front desk packed me a to go bag. I gave the front desk the water bottle and juice since I can't get it through security and a piece of brownie. Kept sandwich and chocolate. Nice place to stay for a night! You can take an Airport Shuttle bus called QuickLlama to the hotel for 20 soles, took about 30 mins. Make sure to book online. Uber will cost you around 48 soles depends on traffic of course. Traffic in Lima is on until 11pm

The location is very good, close to the Malecón, good restaurants, Parque del Amor, and other destinations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Two bottles of water were provided per day. Wi-Fi was excellent

Breakfast was included, but it wasn't very good. The breakfast is on the roof, and it was supposed to be one of the best features of the hotel, to provide a great view of the city, but the view was blocked by planters with trees. The carpet in the room didn't have any padding and felt dirty. The towels were filthy; the white towels looked gray. Definitely time for new ones.

We chose the hotel for its location, not far from the coast and the archaeology. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room had everything we needed and was well-maintained. The hotel has been designed with flair and the corporate touches were very well done. It was easy to walk around the area and find restaurants. The breakfasts were wonderful, we really enjoyed them. We were only there two nights but the variety of cereals, yoghurts, juices, teas, cooked food, bread, cheese and meats, was fantastic. The chef is to be congratulated on his skills and presentation, and the waiter was very friendly and hospitable.

There was some street noise but that is to be expected in a city, and we always travel with ear plugs. A kettle in the room would have been great but we did value the tea/coffee facilities on the ground floor.

My husband I stayed Tierra Viva Miraflores for 3 nights before heading home after a longer trip in Peru. Staff on the front desk were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very adequate - hot and cold drinks, scrambled eggs with changing meat dishes, breads, cereal, yoghurts, cheese, olives and fruits. Our room was a good size and was very clean. It was nice to have a bath after a week of hiking! Our bed was huge and extremely comfortable. We were left water and there was also two complimentary bottles of beer and two Cokes in the mini fridge. Tea and coffee facilities in the room, and a tea station set up on the foyer to help yourself to. Outside was hustle and bustle, but the windows kept most of the noise out and the double blinds kept it nice and dark when we needed a sleep in. The location is good with lots of restaurants nearby and about 30 mins walk to Parque Kennedy. We had a prebooked taxi (though booking.com) to and from the airport and it took 40 mins on one trip and 20 mins on the other - all traffic depending. Miraflores is a really interesting neighborhood to walk around and discover - it really grew on us. The only issue we had during our stay was that our payment for the room was taking from two different cards as I was told the first payment didn't work. As soon as I alerted the front desk they looked into it quickly for me and kept me updated with how they were looking into it. My bank has since reimbursed me with the money, but it should be noted that the staff were very understanding about my concern and did what they could do to help resolve the situation.

Modern, sparkling clean bathrooms; nice breakfast selection and service; choice of indoor or outdoor seating for breakfast. Super helpful front desk staff; comfortable beds; quiet street A female front desk person (wish I could remember her name) was kind and persistent on our behalf. We lost a package and thought a certain store might have it. We had trouble reaching them by phone so asked for help. Even after we'd returned to our room, she kept trying. The store had it and we retrieved it. Thank you!

Would like one more piece of wall art to liven up the room (but my daughter disagrees!). This is such a minor point, that I feel silly making it; but it did occur to me.

We arrived really early in the hotel - around 6 in the morning and asked for an early check in. They were able to provide us the room immediately for an extra 35 dollars charge which also included the breakfast for the same morning. We happily took the offer as we needed some rest as soon as possible. The hotel is trendy and in a really good part of Miraflores - very close to the cliffs promenade and some good restaurants. It was really easy to get an Uber to and from it. The room was spacious and comfortable and I noticed that it had an AC which we didn't have to use. The bathroom was clean, had various hotel amenities and good running hot shower. The breakfast was buffet style - not very rich but quite enough to start the day well. The staff was nice and accommodating.

No view from the room but we didn't expect to have it anyways. Breakfast could have had a little more choice but again, it's a nice thing to have to start your day.

The room was very comfortable and staff were great with helping direct us to the closest supermarket. Breakfast was plentiful and could be served up on the open balcony area. One of the days we weren't feeling so great and the staff allowed us to take a few plates of food from breakfast to our rooms to eat. Lots of nice restaurants nearby, we went to a Mercado which served tasty food - would recommend this!

Only minor feedback would be to have better curtains to block out the light from the windows in the rooms.

Wonderful hotel, good buffet breakfast, great location in Miraflores. The staff were all so friendly and extremely helpful. We were able to store our bags after check out with no problems. The room was perfect, clean, the bed was huge and really comfortable and the bathroom was spotless with really great water pressure in the showers.

Location, not suitable for tourist visit to Lima ( 1.5 hours taxi ride to the downtown city ) On departure, the receptionist refused to call a Taxi to the Airport. He frequently pointed to a Q-R code sign on the counter. I mentioned we do not have Mobile phone working in Peru and his attitude was " bad luck" . We flagged down a Taxi in the street.

The hotel and rooms were modern and clean. The bathroom had all the amenities required, including small bottle shampoos and body lotion. The staff were friendly and were willing to help out with group requests. Carmen, who I spoke to on the reservation team, as well as the hotel staff went above and beyond to help facilitate pre-payment and ensure different parties of our group could check in immediately. The breakfast spread was incredible, the food was very fresh and delicious, and you can also request for an omelette with various ingredients with the kitchen. If you have an early start to the day, you can also request a breakfast to-go.
