The staff was super friendly and smiled every chance they got. Always willing to land a helping hand. There was staff everywhere. I was constantly offered massages by the lady in the massage room, but I declined. The front desk was amazing. Breakfast was decent. The balcony was excellent. I had a great view, but I wish I was on a higher floor. The executive lounge was cool but was rather bland. The gym, now the gym, was excellent and what I consider a full gym.

Ok, so I understand they were a or are a convention center as well. I should've just picked better. I didn't like the casino in the hotel. Also, I had to kill a roach in my bathroom. I'm very understanding that certain insects can't be stopped everywhere. As someone who travels a lot, I notice certain things. The faucets could've been cleaned more. Also, I really didn't like the bathroom floor metal door stopper being a big silver metal block that I could step on or stub my toe. I believe you guys should move that. Also, the remote to the TV seemed a bit stuck when trying to watch it.

All inclusive in one place in a neighborhood with a mix of old money, financial sector and modern art deco with very clean lines. The in room and public jacuzzi, heated pool and sauna were a good break from winter and formal activities. Staff were nice and very friendly. Breakfast is a good spread. Great area: business district and the old country club. Quick hop to the touristic and bustling Mira Flores from the property.

The water drains slow in the shower sometimes, but water pressure is nicely high.

We were in a really huge suite. The private hot tub and sauna were great. spectacular view.

I was clearly told in writing that I would not have to pay an additional price for a third guest. When I arrived they took them back. I had to negotiate the price. Really unpleasant and unacceptable. Regarding food - few options for vegetarians. There are no options for sugar-free foods. The business lounge is not active on Sundays. And there are no options for vegetarians.

check in staff did a provisional charge on my credit card for the double amount of the room. I explained she was making a mistake but she answered that it was not wrong and otherwise at the check out it will be corrected. Although it was corrected at the check out it did not reflected immediately. The double amount for the prepayment was corrected 4 days after. I would have been better for the check in staff to reviewed the amount as requested.

Property well located, walking distance to country club and its dining areas. A further 10 min walk to Main Street and big choice of restaurants . Due to noise we were quickly relocated to a quieter room as requested. The room was very comfortable and quiet, good bed and aircon. Very clean property and attentive staff.

The location is quite but central in a beat area of San Isidro. There are a couple of places across the street that are very good. The staff is very nice and kind. The breakfast was great and it was awesome to have a heated pool during our stay in Lima.

The hotel rooms and lobby areas looked a little old and the decoration was a little dated.

Best stay by far over the past two weeks in Peru, Uruguay and Argentina. If I could give more than 10, I would.

I'd be a real nitpicker to come up with something. Oh yes, loud people in the bar. But my room was 8 floors higher so not a problem.

In a very good location in San Isidro, a safe and upscale district, very comfortable for strolling. Large room overlooking the golf course. Breakfast was very good.

All of the great staff. Everyone was very concerned about our comfort. A well trained group of genuine people!!! Food...Excellent as well. I shall return!!!
