The hotel was in a very safe area, and there is a nice supermarket about 10 minutes walk away. The pool and hot tub were a nice touch, and in general it was a professionally run hotel with all the normal services/ ammenities you would expect.

Laundry service was expensive and didn't do the best job, other prices such as for drinks are also a little high, and it's important for people who might stay to know that a) the evenings are the pool often host loud parties and b) there's not much around the hotel in the way of restaurants so you have to eat at the hotel or travel out for that.

Hotel facility and breakfast are great, clearly above average in Perù. Location great.

This review is based on a single visit. My girlfriend came many times and she was always happy...having said this. We got free upgrade, great! However, the shower water mixer was defected and also after fix was swinging a bit uncomfortably. The coffee machine did not work and was not fixed after asking twice...which is not a huge problem because we got 2 capsules for coffee and never replaced (after failing making coffee twice). The suite seemed set for one person (one glass, one cup...) and never adjusted. They did offer to switch room the last day. To be clear, small things and offer to change room makes it OK...but from the name of this hotel I had better expectations.

It is a hotel for mixed purposes like business, tourists and groups. It has all facilities and in good working condition. The staff is really amazing, so polite and helpful, in all areas like the restaurant which is pretty good, reception and there are always two concierge at the door to help you.

Noise in the morning, difficult to manage of course for the hotel staff when people make a lot of noise in the hallway. The family rooms, which we had, with interconnecting doors are always sensitive to hearing what is going on in the adjacent room.

Classy hotel, with a very nice rooftop pool and bar. The room we booked was large and bed very comfortable, together with a spacious and clean bathroom.

Even if the room booked was a double one, there was only once coffee mug and one coffee tablet. And hotel policy is that first coffee is free and the refill is payable. So even now I am not sure that is one coffee per room or should be one coffee per person... One thing we noticed only later, was the menu saying that "service is included" - even so, while waiting to be checked-in, we had a drink at the bar and while paying, the bartender did not refuse the 10% we added on the bill. And related to check-in, while with other accommodation is possible to be received earlier, here it took even more than the advertised hour.

A nice mid-range hotel in Lima City. Although a small distance to Barrance and Mira Flores, the more popular tourist areas, I liked this neighborhood. It was fairly quiet, had many restaurants and bars within walking distance, nice coffee shops and stores. And it was a much better value than hotels in Mira Flores and Barranca. It had a nice cafe, great staff to check you in, and the bell service guys were great. It reminds me a lot of a mid-priced tourist hotel in Europe, good sized rooms, a nice bar with coffee and clean and relatively modern.

I was to stay here 3 times while I travelled around South America. Messed up the second reservation, they didn't have any rooms available for my second stay. Still, the kept some luggage longer until I return for a final stay, so they took care of me in spite of the mixup in dates.

Everything you’d expect of a luxury hotel. My room was upgraded on check in although they didn’t actually tell me this. Welcome drink in arrival is a nice touch. Very spacious room with comfortable bed. Great choice at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff in reception the lobby the bar and the restaurant. Location is a little out of the way but it’s in a nice safe area of a potentially dangerous city. Fir the price I paid it was great value for a luxury stay

Shower temperature was unstable and kept going from very hot to luke warm. Not a huge deal but slightly annoying.

Breakfast was excellent, featuring typical American dishes as well as local specialties. The hotel is situated in a safe and relatively uncrowded area of San Isidro, with numerous markets and restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom included a bathtub with a showerhead and a faucet for both hot and cold water. The water pressure in the shower was quite good. The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. They primarily speak Spanish but have no trouble understanding English. We requested a late check-out, and they accepted with no extra charges.

The breakfast restaurant can become quite crowded during late morning hours. The hotel Wi-Fi is not fast, and the signal can be a bit unstable depending on your floor (we stayed on the 10th floor).

Every person I met that works here is super friendly and professional and accommodating. They truly make this a great play to stay. Very comfortable bed & clean room. Great breakfast which is actually brunch with all they offer and the wide time range. It’s an in between location that saves some traffic time to the airport and a short uber away from other neighborhoods. Will definitely be staying here again.

The indoor sauna/ jacuzzi area closes at 17:00. You need to reserve a 30 min slot. The staff and manager were very helpful with my late arrival early departure, but good to know if this is an important feature for you.

From the moment we stepped out of our taxi, the front door was opened by the greeter of the hotel. Check in was going to be at 3 PM, but we were able to leave our bags in storage to go explore. We set off to explore and came back pretty late And the front desk assigned us our room and gave us a complimentary drink each for the evening which was great after a long day. I absolutely love that. I want to add that they actually have a huge garden tub to soak in for the evening which I definitely took advantage of absolutely love it. They open the door for us each time as well preparing our breakfast at 3 AM before we set off for the airport, hands-down, love the decorations, the professionalism and the location. Will definitely recommend for anyone wanting luxury on a budget.

I liked the vibe of the hotel, the price-perfomance ratio was fair and the rooftop terrace was simply mesmerizing. The location is fine, in a quite neighbourhood. Nevertheless, Miraflores is not around the corner. Might take you 10-20min depending on the traffic.

The personal service was nothing fancy when checking in. After 1 night I wanted to change my room, as right next it was the storage room of the staff - being noisy from 7 AM. I got upgraded for free to a really nice room with a spectacular view. Perfect manners of the staff there. The breakfast buffer is nothing special and way too cold. Like in a mall in the USA.
