This place is nice when you want to avoid the tourists in Miraflores and stay in a regular place with locals. The hotel can pick you up at the airport for some extra charge. The hotel itself: - Relatively clean, as you see that it is situated in an ocean shore; - hosts are helpful; - nextdoor there is a small bakery for a breakfast; - also nextdoor - lavanderia, bank and some local restaurants; a local market is 7 mins walk - nice place to see locals; - the view is amazing; - the bed was comfortable.

- no warm blanket, you need to ask for that at the reception while it was a bit cold in the room; - i did not really understand it about the price: I wanted to pay in PEN but the lady started to convert the USD price from booking.com into soles telling me that they are not an fx firm (a bit weird to not be able to tell me a direct price in soles, it was a bit strange with some feeling of deception)

The place is an excellent value for the price. The hot water is actually hot and not some weird electro-ducha. The bathroom is great with nice touches (the shower head and faucet) that give a feeling of luxury. The TV is very clear (not pixelated) and has sooo many channels. I mean like channels from Brasil, Cuba, Spain, and the Dominican Republic to name a few. The buffet breakfast was good.

My only complaint is their rooftop restaurant which seems to convert into what sounded like a nightclub at night. If you're a light sleeper I can see this being a problem especially on Fridays and Saturdays when the restaurant stays open until 2 am. I personally thought it got very loud. I stayed on the 4th floor and the restaurant is on the 6th or 7th. Also Magdalena is not a very touristy area but it is nice and safe.

The room was very nice, reception was accommodating in helping us check in in the middle of the night after several flight delays, and the view of the ocean from the window was great. The bed was also very comfortable!

The only complaints we had were that the road outside our window was a very loud in the morning, and there was a light in the room that flickered every few minutes even when turned off. Overall, nothing major though.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We loved that we texted the restaurant and they were able to bring us food down. It is a little noisy but it was right next to the water and a good way to start the morning with a walk.

We were hoping to wash our clothes and it stated on the website that they have a laundry. When we arrived and asked, they said they didn't have any laundry and to take it elsewhere.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was easy to get to. I only stayed for one night due to a change in flights.

The breakfast was a joke and the bathroom was super small. There also wasn't any air conditioner, just a fan,

Great corner room with fantastic view. Room 511. Courteous receptionists.

Very intrusive rules regarding guests. Was not adviced of very loud discoteque like music in the sixth floor on fridays. Impossible to do anything on the room from 9 pm to 1 am. Onñy one small elevator. It was out of service for a couple of hours.

The location of the property and the price, I found this place on my last day, wish I would have stayed there on my first day
