Very nice hotel, comfortable and luxurious rooms, good location, helpful staff

A few small things: several electrical sockets near the bed didn’t work (annoying for charging phone), and we couldn’t find a way to turn off one of the lightbulbs in the ceiling, so had to remove the keycard to disable all electrics. Also, the TV was not good - terrible choice of channels, outdated screen (HD TV, not 4k), no Netflix or Disney+ (Booking.com said it had streaming services). All of these are easily fixed, if so I wouldn’t hesitate to give 9 or 10/10

Overall, the staff and facilities are excellent. Worth for the amount paid. Breakfast great and wide choice. However, I was disappointed with the quality of cheviche served. I have expected more and better quality. Being Local food and one of the pride of Peru. Otherwise, overall it is good! I would like to commend the receptionists, Luz and Alexander who were very WELCOMING and accommodating and made our stay comfortable. We were given room upgrade on the last night which were very much appreciated. Just what we needed after few days in Cusco.

Last night stay dinner experience. The cook could do better.

Our room was on The Level which was super. The staff and facilities in the lounge were excellent. Special mention to Apu, Kelly, Valentin and Luz for looking after us so nicely. Great customer service ethic in all the hotel. Our room was large, comfortable and well sound-proofed. Nice area of the city close to an upscale plaza and not far from the lovely coastal path.

Booking.com should make it clearer that there is a 10% service charge that is added on checkout.

came for the second time and the experience has been further enhanced. reception - Grover, Susan, Karla and the concierge all did a great job making me feel that coming back to this hotel 6 months later is like home-coming. comfy beds, really had a great relax. and they improved what I mentioned in last review - a handle in the shower area to prevent from falling. amazing terrace on the 5F to chill out. restaurant was amazing with the Tacu Tacu with fish and seafood. nice breakfast options with both criolle and continental selection. nearby Salaverry Real Plaza Mall you can get great meal options and shopping experience.

I do with the Wifi can be of higher speed. also I am not sure why the hotel lock the fridge mini bar and you have to request them to unlock it to enjoy the mini bar / the fridge.

From the available photos the hotel did not make any special impression on me, but I gave a recommendation to a friend who had stayed here before and I am glad for it. She was right. The accommodation was really nice and comfortable, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was plentiful.

The only thing I really struggled with was the surrounding hustle and bustle. The hotel is close to a busy road, and I fell asleep to the sound of busy traffic, and was woken up again by it in the morning...

FANTASTIC service with an incredible breakfast and very clean facilities. Juancarlos, Bryan Manchego, and Brian were especially welcoming and went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The events like breakfast and tea time were very fun and well done.

Our children really like to work out and the exercise facilities were a bit lacking for their tastes. Additionally the hotel is located on the corner of two busy streets so there was some traffic noise at night although it did not bother our sons.

Staff was amazing, very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and very up-kept.

The only negatives were not having access to the in-suite refrigerator because it's a mini bar and you have to get access from hotel staff and also not having a personal microwave. The bed was hard, rock solid and we had to ask for an extra pad to be able to sleep during our stay. The pad only helped so much. Also the floor was covered in some sort of Beach plastic mat that I'm pretty sure is very hard to clean.

Great stay and location for city attractions, costal paths and lots of amenities. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, nice bathrooms and hot showers. Staff friendly helpful and a special call out to Kelly Valeria who looked after us at The Level Lounge. Great food, good value and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Gym could do with a bit of updating.

Great location - with easy access to transportation, costal paths, shopping plazas ands parks. Spacious, light and comfortable rooms. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. A special call out to Valeria and Kelly who looked after us in The Level and were always willing to help us with our Spanish and answer our queries.

The only comment I have is the gym could do with a bit updating.

Staff very efficient & helpful, rooms clean and well appointed with baths.Loved the massage facilities, highly professional & recommended, plus the lovely steam room and sauna made our short stay even better . Nicely located with the mall just 5 minutes walk away. Good breakfast with lots of choice ,but poor quality bread selection. Would visit again !

Restaurant food was good quality but portions small so wouldn't eat dinner here again as was still hungry afterwards!
