The rooms were small, but tastefully furnished . The staff was helpful and the location was very excellent. Dinner at the hotel is highly recommended. Breakfast was excellent with eggs bacon potatoes coffee juice and fruit provided. As a bonus, we arrived Saturday night and was able to experience the Sunday morning farmers market and artesian market. Wifi was good and free. The hotel did provide 2 water bottles because the water is not so good

The only downside was the lack of water the first night of arrival, HOWEVER it was not the fault of the hotel because the whole town had no water pressure. It was resolved by the morning.

The staff was very friendly, kind, and attentive. They were always accessible and did everything to help us especially when we had severe altitude sickness when we arrived. They brought us coca tea consistently to help us. The breakfast was included and very good. Even the juice was fresh, and they had kombucha which helped with upset stomach. The restaurant was the highlight. The soups were amazing and the food was so good the dining area was full most of the time in the evening. There is a balcony you can sit on and watch the square and all of the activities. There were lovely plants in the middle courtyard and the entire place was really clean always. They have a lovely spa 5 minutes from the hotel, but it is busy so book early if you think you might want to do it.

So the only downside was that the rooms were very stuffy. We were there in the summer/wet season and it was hard to get airflow in the room. A fan or ceiling fan would have been very helpful. It was a little cramped for two people with luggage for 3 weeks. The stairs made it a little hard with the altitude sickness, but we managed. These were minor issues, but just being honest about the only difficulty we encountered.

Service was friendly and accommodating. Everything I asked for was provided. My room, though on the small side with a big bed, was comfortable and served me well, there were plenty of common spaces for additional comfort and watching the street action from the balcony. Breakfast was lovely and served personally.

It could get a little noisy in the evening, but nothing unexpected based on the amazing location on the central square. Things quieted down eraly, so it was not a problem at all for me.

Awesome location directly on the historic town square, probably our favorite town square of our Peru visit. Hotel has a lovely courtyard and cosy breakfast location. Upstairs there is a lounge area where you can sit and watch the world go by on the balcony overlooking the square. The room was cosy and clean. Very helpful staff at reception. If you visit the ruins, catch a taxi up and take the walk back down, which comes out by the hotel on the square.

Everything was perfect! I have too many good things to say… every detail was considered by the staff. The room was impeccably clean, lovely local art as decor, comfortable bed, space heater for a few minutes and loads of blankets will keep you verrry warm, the location right on the plaza couldn’t be better or more picturesque, the breakfast was great, the scent of the night blooming flowers in the courtyard was intoxicating. Best of all, the manager Roxana was exceptional. She’s warm, helpful with suggestions, and very kind. It was hard to leave!

I wish I could have stayed longer. :)

Staff were very helpful, helping us to organise taxis. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Fantastic location overlooking the central square. The guesthouse has a restaurant with lovely food available. The room was clean and secure. Bottled water was provided. The guesthouse is also linked to a (rather rustic) spa in a nearby town run by a lovely masseuse.

The bathroom was small with a rather basic shower.

Our stay at the Pisac Inn was wonderful!! Location is perfect on the Square and so fun to sit on the porch for a drink and enjoy some people watching. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive!! The king size bed was amazing after a day of hiking and so comfortable! Breakfast was delicious and made to order. Special thanks to Roxner for her great communication and helping us with taxi, luggage and more. This hotel is a GEM in Pisac and we would highly recommend it!

We did not come to watch TV, but would have been nice if at least one channel was in english. The shower was powerful, but only warm and not real hot. It was doable and definitely not a deal breaker. We still LOVED our stay in the Pisac Inn.

The beds were large and clean, and very very comfortable. the facilities in the room and en suite were definitely adequate. The location couldn't be better. In other words, the most important requirements were met.

The restaurant service was very slow, to the point that when we arrived over an hour before last orders we didn't have time for dessert as the kitchen had closed. The clean water to fill flasks wasn't always refilled and the staff generally seemed rather apathetic to our requests

We really enjoyed watching village life go by from the balcony of the hotel. Sunday market on the square was colourful and interesting. Staff were very helpful organizing taxis etc. Breakfast was a treat and was eaten next to a crackling fire as winter mornings are quite cold. Rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Right on the square, which was great for walking around (tricky for driving and parking). Everything in the common areas were very charming and upscale. Staff was very responsive. Breakfast was really, really nice.

The room we were given was on the first floor right next to the custodial storage and work area. It got loud in the mornings. Remember you are probably trying to sleep at a much higher elevation than you normally do and that is difficult. I would avoid this one room.
