There was a miscomminication about a free pickup fof booking.com Genius. The owner of the resort Anne, did solve this issue very fast and so good, by picking me up in person! The owner very kind and nice lady that only wants the best for her guests. Anne bought the resort two years ago and was and is very busy to renovate it: Very good, new matresses, new closet, new showercurtain, very good shower and waterpressure, brand new and modern digital temperature adjustment of the shower and brand new modern airco unit. And nice restaurant and game area. The room was big. Beautifull swimmingpool. Lot of plants in resort and in room. Big, modern TV in room. The resort is close to center and not to noisy compared with other hotels.

Personaly I would choose for tiles in the room and other lightcolour. And some cups for coffee.

The Location was brilliant walking distance to the bottom of Walking street 8 minute walk which as you know its the start of everything destination wise. The food was very good the menu adequate for such a short stay, The pool area and the Tamarind trees made it a great place to relax during the day. No loud music either during the day, peaceful. The deluxe rooms were roomy and add wardrobe or chest of drawers to store clothes in and also a very good refrigerator. The shower room was good with hot water in abundance. The reception area was efficient and the staff attentive and clear in any communication. The little snack store was a good addition to the overall offer on site. The security guys on front of house were really god need a cab or trike they were able to get for you within minutes. This was quite a find and I booked and extended my stay three times. Loved it will defo book again

Better not like Kettle and cups in the room for tea coffee. Yes they will bring it from the cafe area but lots enjoy there own brand of tea or coffee

When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted very warmly.The room I booked was upgraded free of charge. It was a very nice room penthouse. It was very clean and had a big refrigerator and strong aircondition.The hotel owners are very caring and sympathetic people.You feel like you are in a beautiful holiday village at the hotel.There are 2 bars and restaurants in the hotel, the employees are very friendly.Bar and restaurant prices are very reasonable.Breakfast and meals are very delicious.The location of the hotel is within walking distance to walking street and in a safe area.I would like to thank the hotel owners and staff very much. I convey my greetings and respects.I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very polite, friendly staff. Varied menu serving good food at a reasonable price. Family friendly resort . Clean swimming pool. I felt very comfortable staying at Vincent resort. Quiet mornings without hearing cockerel or barking dogs

The rooms were a decent size and bed was nice and comfortable. The pool and restaurant were both lovely to relax through the day or at night.

It was a bit of a walk though sketchy footpaths to get there but trikes were readily available to take you if you preferred

It was quiet and I found my room comfortable. They have a restaurant on site which is convenient. They also offer transportation to the bus station or airport.

They have a good dipping pool, but I like to swim laps, so though I was grateful for the pool, I didn’t like that I couldn’t get more exercise out of it.

easy to find parking is easy. the resto and bar are excellent as is the pool. location is very convenient to the entertainment district. very cool framed paintings in the hallway. very safe and secure, must walk past the front desk to enter the property. wifi is decent.

The hotel staff are all friendly and the food is delicious. It was a little inconvenient because the alley was closed off due to the festival, but I am satisfied.

The shower room was a little too small and uncomfortable, and there were no shower amenities.

The staff are attentive, kind and well mannered. Their pricing is just right. Bed is comfy and sheets are soft without the fabcon scent. Room is decent and we had a great stay. I will book here again if I visit Angeles again. Thank you!!!

I must really recommend this place to all really good rooms and clean facilities are great staff plus owners was exceptional in every way I felt like family there I will Defnitely book there again Thanks Ann and Mark it was great
