We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel—the beach is stunning, and the staff is wonderful! It’s important to know that the hotel is very far from the city, located on a remote island, so any tour you want to take must be arranged through the hotel. On one hand, the beach is absolutely stunning, but on the other hand, a day trip becomes very long since you have to travel all the way to the city (including both a boat ride and a drive). If you’re considering this hotel, it’s best to stay and enjoy it without planning many excursions. If you do want to take tours, it’s better to stay at a hotel in the city.

During the day, the restaurant offers a rich menu (which can be served at the beach or the pool), but in the evening, they limit the menu to specific, expensive, and somewhat unusual dishes. It would be nice if the evening menu had more variety (we ended up ordering kids’ meals, and we’re not picky eaters). Other than that, the hotel is truly stunning!

From the start until the end, Club Paradise never disappoint us. Land & boat transfer was smooth, we were welcomed by Noel when we first landed and I can already feel the warmth throughout our journey to the island. Room: Our sunset villa was really nice. The room was nicely designed and we had surprise swan & crab deco in our room from time to time throughout our stay. The only thing that I can say which will else make our stay perfect is if in any of our 4 nights there, we were able to watch sunset from our room. But I know this is at no point was the resort's fault, as we were quite unlucky to check in just when typhoon passed so the weather was not really on our side. Meals: For resort level especially their location in secluded island, their meals were surprisingly affordable compared to other resorts. Meals were fulfilling but I really love their Ovaltine drink and couldn't get enough of it. Activities: We booked our Coron tour through resort, and I will say that this is the best tour that I've ever been to! For the price paid, we got boat and land transfer, in addition to private tour with a really helpful and knowledgeable guide. We also got freshly cooked lunch, and our guide even helped took pictures for us throughout the tour. 5 stars for the service! Other than that, the resort also offer free guided snorkerling around the island and we got to see 2 turtles during our morning snorkel. They also provide free kayak that you can use around the island. Service: I would like to express our gratitude towards everything that the resort staff did to ensure we had a really memorable stay. The kitchen team paid attention to our dietary restrictions and even prepared a separate meals so we can enjoy our dinner. I also remember that the hotel manager checked on us in the morning during breakfast to ensure our room was alright, and when I told them about the water pressure issue in the room, they sent someone to fix it right away.

Not a dislike or whatsoever but just a little recommendation from me to make this little paradise better :) I believe this resort has so much potential and maybe they can add a in-house store for guests to purchase some late night snacks or toiletries, as well as souvenir for guest to take home. As for the breakfast, the daily offering was pleasant but I was hoping for a buffet so I can taste a little thing of everything and take a portion according to my appetite.

Beautiful location truly paradise island . Snorkeling is amazing. Very spacious and feels like there are no other people on the island. Villa a bit outdated but had all the necessary. The bed is enormous.

Staff. Extremely bad service due to laziness of majority of the staff especially bar / restaurant. Breakfast is very poor. No blackout curtains or any type of noise isolation so the sleep is very poor despite the amazing bed (too much light plus extreme noise from the bats).

Impeccable customer service and cleanliness and of course the serenity and relaxation that we experience just being in the island.

The breakfast buffet, was just OK. We expected more for the price that we paid for the whole stay.

Location is fantastic. Superb marine coral reed right in front of the property. Rooms have great views and are clean and comfortable. Property is huge and you can have a nice walk after food. The Sunset lounge is very pretty. The pool at night had movies aired where me and my wife enjoyed a cocktail and swim while watching the stars and a movie. Very relaxing atmosphere in the property. Recommended for Honeymooners

They have ultra slow boats for transfer from the port. They don't use their fast boats at all. It took us 45 mins to go from the port to hotel when it could be done within 15 mins by a fast boat (Which they have but don't use) :( Vegetarian food at the restaurant is non existent. But since we were the only ones vegan/vegetarian, The chefs personally prepared us the veg dish exclusively for us. Highly appreciate that :) The tours and trips are expensive but that's the only choice you have here, otherwise the boat transfer costs more than the trip cost.

A beautiful secluded location, friendly staff. Villas area extremely nice located a few meters away from the pristine waters and with the appropriate interior design. The new restaurant operating in the evenings has a better quality and has a beautiful design, too. The beach and the marine fauna are amazing. They provide snorkeling equipment, kayaks, paddle boards for free.

They allocated the last 2 villas area (21-22) which they considered deluxe and for the same price but far away in terms of beach area compared to 1-19. After a small talk they offered a solution in changing the villa starting the next day. Main restaurant needs to be updated and upgraded. The blocks area - classical hotel type - has nothing in common with the island and conservation and we considered an absolute architectural sacrilege. At least is hidden somewhere in the island woods and it is not disturbing the visitors eyes.

It’s way better than it looks on pictures, for real. We had the best time of our lives so far I think. Surrounded by the nature with an incredible staff. They been superstars! Very professional and kind. The room was extremely clean and spacious, with everything you ever needed. One feedback wouldn’t be enough to describe the vibes of this place, we are just too grateful to had the chance of staying in this slice of paradise. For sure I hope to came back soon. The food wasn’t bad, I would avoid pasta cause it was tasteless, but for the rest is really not too bad. I would prefer a la carte menu also for the night tho. Breakfast was great, such a lot of choices and super tasty food!

Unbelievable place, was originally booking 2 seasons, don’t bother this place has it all. The staff are all amazing, the manager Mr. Escobar (not Pablo related we asked) 🤣 has been there from the start and helped us have a perfect stay at the beautiful location, the snorkelling on the beach itself is better than the boat tours, if I was to start over I’d of stayed on the island the whole duration it has everything, there has been a coconut shortage but I won’t let that ruin my 10 star review 🙏🤣 Most pleasant stay I’ve had so far on my travels. I advise getting the beach side villas, they are magical worth the extra payment.

This is a really nice hotel on its own private island. It takes about an hour to go to the island where 40 minutes is on the boat. The rooms, pool, bar, included breakfast and the sunsets are really nice. Not crowded and really nice staff. The 2 restaurants are ok but pricey. Swimming in the sea is not that easy when it is windy with waves and there are some jellyfish, one of the guests was stunned when we were there. The only issue we had was the Coron island boat tour, where we got charged extra than what we were quoted for before the tour.. Since you are on a private island you have no option to book their pricey tour which is >2x the normal price.. For the price change first they came up with some fake excuses. Then they said they want to charge one of the kids as adult. When I showed them the booklet they sent me showing him qualify for child discount they argued their policy changed. When I asked about why not respecting what they quoted me before I take the tour they simplify said they won't. The amount difference wasn't huge but overall it felt very dishonest and cheap of them. For future guests I would really recommend that you get the tour prices quoted to you in official writing.

⁠What a scenic and idyllic place to stay - this accommodation is on the seafront is perfect (we went for a sunset hut). The small hut is perfect size for a couple and they had decorated it with a flower petals for our anniversary which was nice. the bed is really comfy and huge we could both do a big starfish each. The staff are really friendly and welcoming from the reception and throughout the whole site. We would definitely recommend to do the sunrise hike to highest viewpoint on the Island (it takes approx 20-30 mins and would advise trainers or firm sole sandals - flip flops, if your a pro like guide Kuya Cards) The breakfast is delicious with plenty of different options everyday, if your lucky you'll even get a couple local Monitors will join you (they're harmless) You will also hear and see fruit bats they are harmless too but make for an excellent views. Felt like we were part of jurassic park. One night we got room service which was amazing and the second night we dined at the Filipino restaurant and had the Kamayan meal for 2 (it's a feast!) Was 100% one of the best meals we had for the entire trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this paradise island, and its so worth it! I would love you come back.
