The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had a huge choice of food with variations everyday.. Short Tuk ride into town.

However, when we first went to our room there was a large dried spill of food down the front of the tv cabinet. I had to ask 3 times to get it cleaned off. This is the main problem here, the staff are all friendly, eager to help, but you have to follow up any request to ensure it is done. Also you should keep a check on the system of charging to the room account. We paid for everything as we went, as on the first day two items were charged to our account incorrectly, one for bottled water we never received and the other for 5 packets of cigarettes purchased by another customer.

This spot exceeded my expectations and made me wish we were here much longer. Such a relaxing place with gorgeous views attentive staff and a great breakfast When we arrived, we had a twin room but I expressed my concern at having requested a double in advance as it was our last night in Philippines after an incredible holiday. They addressed it immediately and got us a room and we were super happy and grateful. We also had issues with our airline departure which totally would have screwed our journey back to London. Due to not being able to make calls the staff let me use their office phone and they also had a direct phone number to Cebu Pacific desk in Busuanga airport!! Because of this, we were able to catch an earlier flight and made it on time to Singapore for our long haul flight back home. Truly above and beyond. Thank you Ethyl!

I stayed here 7 years ago, and I’m happy to see they still offer great service and amenities. The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning, the pool was perfect for relaxing, and while the WiFi isn’t super fast, it was fine for basic needs. Still a solid choice in Palawan!

It’s a bit far from the city center, but that also means it’s quiet and away from the noise. Luckily, there’s always a tuk-tuk or trike available, and they can take you to town for a minimal fee, so it’s still convenient. The room furnishings are starting to show their age, but everything was clean and comfortable overall.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at MO2 Westown and I can say it was a wonderful experience. I was impressed by the cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a long travel. The staffs were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated the front desk staff who kindly reminded me about my airport transportation, ensuring that I didn't miss my flight. The resort's pool was inviting and well-maintained, providing a perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with different options available each day. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at MO2 Westown. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

While my overall stay there was great, there's one area where I believe could be improved. The WiFi connection was not so reliable throughout my stay, and I experienced significant interruption esp. during the night I started my work online. I suggest they'll improve it to ensure uninterrupted service for guests, especially those who may need to work remotely during their stay. :)

Majority of the staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was also clean. Transactions, check in and out is also smooth.

The location is far from places where you can buy food. The hotel food portion is small, its also expensive and not much selection on the menu that's in the room. There was also an extra charge for room service if you were to eat in the room. Most importantly there was no microwave. The electricity was also shut off when you leave the room, therefore if there's food in your fridge its in the risk of spoiling. There was a point that our bathroom smelled due to a clog on the pipe per the housekeeper. The daily free water we have to keep asking for since we didnt request our room to be cleaned. I think it should just be available.

The resort was great and was cleaned well and the pool was beautiful! We had booked two bedrooms but were told it was not available and given a large room with 2 bathrooms which was not a big deal but it would have been good to know that before we checked in. Regardless the place was beautiful and the rooms were big and cleaned well.

We had an issue with one of the bathrooms where the shower did not drain well and the humidity made the room smell a bit. The staff tried to fix it but it was not fully resolved but given we were there for only 3 days it was not an issue. However for a longer period it would have been a problem.

Great value! We had an excellent stay at Mo2, it’s true that some areas could use some touchups but value for money is unbeatable!! Option to add breakfast and go to the restaurant Also offer a small shop at the reception for some snacks and travel essentials you may have forgotten to pack :) Pro tip: rent a bike across the road, very fair prices and beats the cost of a taxi tricycle to the center. Excellent staff, friendly, helpful, joyful. Truly a blast!

We really liked the hotel. The food was amazing and the pool area very clean and well maintained. The drinks were great too. The rooms are spacious and we did not hear any noise at night. Daily cleaning was great. The rooms had hairdryers, coffee, tea, kettle, tv etc. There was a balcony in every room. The hotel is not too big so it was not too crowded. Staff were very helpful and respectful

This hotel surpassed our expectations. It was so luxurious, so comfortable, we came from the 3-day expedition and it was the perfect stay. Would recommend it to anyone. Keep in mind the property is a bit dated so at some point it needs a renovation, just to manage expectations, but it’s absolutely wonderful. Also we were able to rent a nice scooter across the street for a good price which made it easy to get to the town. Tip: chill by the pool and order a club sandwich!

View - 10/10 cozy and cool Staff - 8/10 some staff need more training but over all they are friendly. Room - 9/10 they clean the room everyday but need to report the water when it's not working properly. Restaurant - 9/10 they have a good food compare outside. Front Desk - 9/10 reliable and active. Manager - 10/10 he absolutely know how to manage a guest salute. Location - 8/10 this is 15-20mins far from the port and market but they have shuttle and tricycle just right outside the hotel they even offer motor bike rent so no worries plus this is great if you want to get away from the busy place of the port and market. If you will avail tour from the agency for sure there is a free transfer vice-versa to hotel and port. Price - 9/10 compare to other places nearby this hotel is really great it has everything you need and you will feel safe and secure not crowded. We really have a memorable experience in MO2 Westown Lagoon.

Staff really need more training so they will act fast and also know how to deal with there guests especially in the restaurant since different nationally has a different way how there food want to be prepared.
