We stayed at this resort for five nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, which made our stay extra relaxing. We were about 10mins from town which was a perfect location from us and it was very easy to get a ride into town on the local tricycles. We also loved having access to multiple pools on-site, which gave us plenty of variety throughout our stay. Another highlight was the spa – we really enjoyed being able to book massages without needing to leave the resort. Overall, it was a great place to unwind and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We found the restaurant food to be a bit average, especially compared to some of the amazing local options nearby, so we’d recommend venturing offsite for some meals if you’re after more variety and flavour. One thing that was disappointing was the additional surcharge for ordering and eating by the poolside - for a resort of this standard, we felt that this should be included as part of the overall experience.

The pool was great to have variety and choice about where to swim. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The size of the rooms were nice and big. The beds were very big and the bathrooms were very spacious. The live music every night in the main pool area was nice. They had a good system about using the pool towels.

There was no happy hour in the afternoon for the drinks. The breakfast was quite expensive. The food was not delicious and lacked taste. The power outlets did not match the adapter we had to borrow from the reception. The gym needed the bare minimum such as weights. The floor of the bathroom was extremely slippery in the shower and the main floor of the bathroom.

Breakfast was okay. Hoping for more variety for the price. There was no fish section.

Improve the spa. The spa room needs renovation, it’s not cozy and relaxing. It was hot, old, smelly, and not comfortable. Though the massage was good. I just hope the ambiance was suitable for its intended for. No aircon in the lobby/ receiving area. It’s very in the Philippines. It will be more good if you will put air conditioning for the guests and staff to feel comfortable while waiting for their room, service and if they want to relax in there for a while. There were no room sleepers and robe for guests.

The rooms were well kept and up to standard, staff were helpful and lovely and facilities were great

Food was quite expensive and the service was quite slow, otherwise good food!

We selected a family room, which was dark and had one room without windows. Since we booked six nights with three kids, we expected more. However, after discussing the issue with the reception, we were moved the next night to the fourth floor with two separate rooms and nice views. The rooms were clean and regularly cleaned, and the food and drinks in the bar and restaurant were good value for money. Every evening, we had live music around the pool, so it was very nice to relax around the pool with a drink and listen to the music after days full of trips and island hopping.

Extra charges for breakfast, mixed invoice, and charged some extra room service we didn't order, but everything was cleared very fast.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff were so lovely and the welcome drink on arrival is delicious! The room is very spacious and the breakfast was delicious - there was a great variety of savoury and sweet and changed every day. The pool was clean and heated. Another big thank you to the lovely to the staff. There was live music every evening and the singers were very talented and the music was beautiful. The hotel is a bit out of town (about 10 mins via tuk tuk which is how we would travel to town and back) but it seems all the resorts were and if you book tours, they will pick you up from the resort anyway so it's no bother being a bit out of town. Transport is very well organised and the hotel helps you there too. Thank you for a great stay!

A cool refreshing drink was offered upon arrival. That was thoughtful. A beautiful resort. Nice view. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Spacious room. Towels had a very nice scent. Good walk-in shower. Good refrigerator. Airco was good. They are very alert to switch on the power immediately after a power outage. Just outside the room there is a drying rack for your snorkeling gear. That is very convenient.

The room on the surface seemed clean. The floor needs a thorough wet cleaning session. The water comes under the shower door. So beware that it can be slippery getting out of the shower. A minor issue: upon arrival there was a running toilet. After addressing this to the staff it wasn’t fixed.

It was pleasant to stay here. Beds were comfortable and people friendly. You can book day tours at reception as well as transportation. Good service provided. The food and the people at the restaurant we liked most.

Some swimming Pools were closed. We did not.like the massage: the towels were dirty and dusty, and no ambiance or soft music to relax. For that reason too expensive. The option of buffet breakfast that we only had once was not recommended. We went to the hotel restaurant instead and that was great

It's a beautifully designed resort with all amenities you would expect for such an establishment. The room was spacious and comfortable, pools were big and quiet and food from it's restaurants tasty. We also ordered room service which arrived fast and tasted good. The staff was kind and helpful. They offer daytrips for nearly the same prices as on the street so we saved ourselves the hassle and booked it through the reception. Unfortunately, due to its location, it doesn't have a beach (like nearly all properties in Coron).

We booked for this hotel the same morning as we stayed in a bad hotel and wanted to change. When we arrived on the evening (after an activity) we were told there was a problem with booking and there is no more room left for us, but we are upgraded for one night in "Tag resort". We didn't feel good and had to move from the other hotel (which we switched room there too), after we explained this to the hotel they let us stay in Tag resort for the two nights and it was great. They took responsibility for their mistake and we are grateful.
