Used this as a base for one night after a boat trip before heading to the airport which it was perfect for. Clean, quiet and staff sorted out transfer for the morning.

Bit out of town if you’re staying here for a few days

Just had a 3 night stay in the suite with pool view. The room is great - good size and the most comfortable bed. Loved that we had a balcony room as it also gave us drying space. Pool is good too. Staff were very helpful (booking tours and airport transfer at no extra cost than if we had of done it ourselves InTown). breakfast while not a large selection was total adequate. The hotel is up the hill but in a very quiet location with tuk tuk drivers readily available to take you down to all the restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Hard pressed to make any negative comments - only thing is make sure you have cash on hand to settle any bill as we couldn’t pay by card on checkout.

Location was not too far from the centre of town, tricycles were always available and parked across the road. Walkable to Mt Tapyas and from there to town. McDonald’s down the road, just a short walk. Staff were friendly and attentive. Laundry service available and quick. Pool was clean and decent size. Good size room, comfortable, aircon worked very well, toilet was a good size with a shower door. Breakfast was sufficient for us. You can borrow towels for island tours and pool.

Wifi didn’t always work which was very frustrating. You can book a van through them which was convenient and we were told to come down at 6am for breakfast while we waited for the van. The van arrived at 6:15am which we didn’t mind, however we should have been informed that breakfast was already available before 6am and that we didn’t have to rush our breakfast because we waited for 4 other guests who took their time eating their breakfast, getting their luggage and sorting things while we waited in the van a good 20 to 30 mins.

We were positively surprised, as the hotel was much better than it appeared in the pictures. The rooms are simple but have everything needed, and the cleanliness was outstanding, with daily housekeeping. The entire hotel area was well-maintained, showing great attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless with good hot water. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. A great recommendation for those who want to stay outside the hustle of Coron Town while still having good connections.

A few more vegetarian options for breakfast would be a nice addition.

Charms is a great place. Decent location and nice rooms to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast is basic, but it's nice enough. You don't need more than some eggs, toast, fruit and of course, coffee, which is all there. The staff were friendly and helpful. You can walk to most of the restaurants, bars and massage parlours from Charms. The WiFi was mostly decent - there was one VERY fast connection. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Nothing, really. The place is not luxurious, but who needs luxury when you can explore all the beautiful islands? You need a comfy bed with a working air conditioner and a nice hot shower, which Charms definitely has.

Location was just out of town, a twenty minute walk or a short tuc tuc (60 Peso) convienient and away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Very clean room, comfortable bed, decent internet (Starlink), tv, good air conditioning and a great shower. Swimming pool really big. Organised airport transfer when we left very good and reasonable price.

Breakfast was very hit and miss. Some days good, some days not so good. Really good breakfast places in town so not a problem.

We were very impressed with our stay at Charms hotel. The staff was super helpful/friendly. The rooms were extremely clean and comfy with lots of room. The pool was nice and clean and we had it to ourselves for most of the time. It is very close to the city (we opted to take a tricycle ride into town which was only about 5min long). You can catch the tricycle outside of the hotel. Close to town but away from all the noise! I'd highly recommend dinners at Pacifico in downtown Coron!

The location was great for us- a little bit out of town and quiet but still close enough. The place was very clean and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really nice. The pool too. The manager was so nice and helped us with all of arrangements. This was our first time staying in the Philippines and we really appreciated staying here. I would definitely recommend it and would come back here as a first choice in Coron.

Lovely, helpful staff, amazingly quick laundry service, nice pool, located on edge of town (but near Macdonalds - hooray) and away from manic ness of centre. Tuk tuk drivers always available from opposite hotel - we used JR (real name Simeon) who was fabulously helpful and provided the best service ever- he made our stay in Coron as good as it was - would definitely recommend using him and his English is excellent

Location is away from the crowds and noise of the city. Restaurants and drugstore within walking distance or tricycle ride away. Breakfast buffet good value with eggs meat rice toast juice coffee. Staff are amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples, singles, families.

After shower I'd notice a lot of water on the floor. Not sure if it goes through the shower doors but we would just mop it up with floor towel. Also, they only accept cash for payments .
