Great central location in the center of town. The stairs are a bit of a challenge but we knew this when we booked.

The only complaint was the AC was noisy as hell and sometimes cut out. We had read this in other reviews but I was assured via messaging through booking.com it was working great. It wasn’t and we ended up checking out the next day. We paid for an extra day just to be nice and they happily refunded the following three nights we’d booked. All in all, a disappointing experience that could have been easily avoided if they would just address the issues other guests point out. It’s a great place that’s clean and pleasant. Breakfast was good and no other complaints. Big value for the money IF the AC is working when it’s 42 C outside. Listen to your guests!!

Our family had an excellent stay here. The Inn is centrally located and close to many restaurants, stores, and the port where we met with our island boat tours (which the Inn staff helped us book). We traveled as a large family of 10, with several seniors and a toddler. The Inn accommodated our request to have both our rooms close together. Breakfast each morning was bonus. It is served at the top of the inn with a nice view. My partner and I are vegan and the staff even got us soy milk to make our oatmeal. The rooms are clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning works great. There is also hot water available for showers. The staff are absolutely wonderful and are what made our stay even better. After we had left for the airport on our last day, they even phoned our van driver to tell us we had forgotten a few things (including my aunt’s gold ring) and a staff member was so kind to offer to ride his motorcycle down to return it to us. The staff was also so kind in helping us carry our luggage up and down the stairs on arrival and our departure. The staff truly went above and beyond for us during our stay.

We otherwise loved our stay and have nothing but positive things to say about the Inn and the staff. However, we feel we have to mention that if you have mobility issues or are elderly, it may be difficult to get to your room if you are above the first floor as there are only stairs and no elevator available. We were on the fourth floor and it was somewhat difficult for the seniors of our group to get up and down from our rooms. Also, it’s just a suggestion and not a dealbreaker for us, but we would have loved to have a mini fridge to store any leftovers or drinks when staying for a few days.

It’s our 2nd time to stay here. The first time was in 2023. We liked it back then, we like it even more now! The design of the property, from the lobby, to the room (and the room itself) was very well thought of. I like that there’s an emergency first aid kit, alcohol, water dispenser on every floor. I like that there were a lot of hooks and hangers inside the room where you can dry/hang clothes, basin for when you want to wash dirty clothes, the breakfast, everything!!! It’s really a good value for your money. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Coron! Thank You Sunvalley for the amazing stay!!!

Everything! 100% highly recommended. very affordable hotel but equivalent to a 5star hotel honestly,room is really clean,breakfast are really good,and most especially the staff,they treat us very well! They even surprise our mom on her birthday without asking for anything in return,they dont care about money,they prioritize quality service thats why no doubt,this hotel got highest rating here in booking.com. I can say it is really not about either you’re in a 5 star or 3 star or budget hotel,its about the staff and the quality service you should really look for. I will definitely come back and recommend this to all my friends!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I believe the receptionist’s name is Twinkle and she is so kind and so helpful. She helped us book transport and tours and took care of everything we needed. The rooftop breakfast is probably the best breakfast experience I’ve had in five months of travelling. The server was so friendly and excellent at her job. The best part about this hotel was how accommodating they were. We had originally booked four nights but we ended up stranded in El Nido for two of the four nights as the ferries weren’t operating due to weather. I emailed SunValley and they immediately answered me saying they understood and they did not charge us for the two nights we had to cancel. Fantastic customer service. There are stairs up to the rooms as other mention but they were not a problem for us and we were so impressed by the staff here that we truly had such a lovely stay.

Walking distance from the center of the city which is convenient for people who likes it quiet yet accesible. The room is spacious enough, they've provided a lot of hooks for clothes, water dispenser on each floor & plenty of breakfast options. The staff are all very kind & accommodating too.' I had to book one night earlier to my stay and they accommodated that swiftly and professionally. Staff was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Breakfast was great, I loved that you have the rooftop as a restaurant & use it from time to time to chill there. Location is perfect just in the middle of downtown, everything is walking distance. Both rooms I stayed in were clean and beds were comfortable, AC, shower and TV all working in great condition.

The staff is lovely. Very helpful for booking trips or transport to the airport. Location is a five minute walk from the busy town centre which we liked. You hear nothing from the street whilst you’re in the room. The breakfast was amazing. Loved the serving lady, very polite and friendly! The bed was comfortable, aircon good, warm water in the shower as well.

The rooms need an update. There seems to be mold on the silicone and wooden parts of the bathroom. The shower is also not very powerful. There’s an odd smell in some of the halls.

Excellent breakfast on rooftop, helpful staff allowed later breakfast first day due to jetlag, 5min on foot from all restaurants, laundry and market in the vicinity.

AC was working good but there is no possibility to regulate temperature - you turn it on/off by plugging in/out cable from the wall and that's it. Not convenient during night because if you don't want to freeze during night you must wake several times and plug/unplug it and regulate temperature like that. Not good.

Reasonable room rates, clean linens. Aircon works well. Room dated but well maintained. Water pressure adequate. Staff courteous and prompt response to our request. There's balcony where you can dry your wet clothes. Breakfast with great selections . We told them our flight is early, and they packed our breakfast on time .

No elevator , but staff will assist to carry your suitcase. Breakfast is at the rooftop on 5th floor so good exercise. Thanks we're at the 2nd floor
