The staff are friendly and accomodating. Jessa and Mikay made sure we have what we needed during our stay. Also, it had areas where we could chill and consume our food. There was an area where we could hang our clothes from swimming. Checkout time had been flexible. It is a good value for the money.

The only thing we didnt like was always calling for the staff if we needed to borrow utensils such as plates and spoons and letting them clean up after us since we have been used to self service abroad. Also, there were miscommunications with the breakfast menu. They should ensure that they offer only what is available to avoid disappointments.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! What really stood out to us was it's fast and reliable internet connection since 3 of my companion is on a work from home setup and it did not disappoint😊 perfectly suited for our needs. But what made our stay truly special was the staff. They were incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality and attentiveness were beyond our expectations, which is something we value most when staying in a hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in a group or looking for excellent service!

The room is small, we can barely move around, and there isn’t much space inside. But it was clean and it was pretty reasonable for its price.

Staff is helpful, friendly and trustworthy. I left my cellphone with my ID and credit card inside the cellphone cover after checkout. Left the inn to eat outside before I realized I lost the said items. Went back to the inn and got my lost items complete and intact. The other guest at the front desk informed me that the staff cleaning my room came immediately to looked for me at the front desk as soon as she found my belongings. Also, the front desk clerk was able to booked and secured our airport transport in last minute notice since I forgot to booked in advance because got tired from the tours we had. We booked our tours with them because after scouting the travel agencies around Coron on our first day, Prim package tours prices are the same and some tours are price less compared to the outside agencies found around Coron (Package Tours in Coron are all the same). We also rented our snorkel gears with Prim for our tour and was able to compare them with the other snorkel gears rented by the people use in a tour group. I noticed our snorkel gears are sturdier, better looking and of good quality than the other guests used in the group tours. Definitely would come back to Prim because of their exceptional staff and great customer service that my family and I received from this place.

The room we stayed in have low water pressure in showerhead and in the sink. But did not have any water pressure problem with the toilet or the handheld bidet.

Property is well located to town. Just a walk away to every shops and restaurants. The property is best suited for a large group and family. All rooms are newly built with AC and toilet. All staff are very accomodating and helpful. We are well taken care off. Our group consist of 18 adults + 1 infant.

If your looking for a place that you are budget consciuos, this is the best place to recommend. They got all types of room for couple, family or group.

Walk (after 2 1/2 days on ferry, high waves on day 3) along the winding one road along coastline through town. There are tuktuks and tricycles. Google maps says 10 mins. Took me almost 2 hours but I stopped along the way to get my wayward eyebrows done. Almost the last hotel.. Q11 van to Bushuanga in the morning. Staff was very helpful and sweet. Uused their phone to call my next hotel and tricycle to bus sta. Very clean and comfortable. Looked like 8 rooms at guest house, guests in about half of them.. Breakfast room or tables outside. Coffee.

The breakfast was good, there was also the choice of the sweet breakfast, which we really enjoyed. They book boat tours with the pick up at the hostel, so it is really convenient, and the prices are the same as the agencies. They helped us with the booking of the ferry ticket, avoiding us to go to the port. They satisfied every our request. Even though they do not speak English very well they helped us in any way they could.

Included breakfast was great before a day of diving. Good value compared to other hostels. Vine was great! Hot water in the shower and fast wifi.

8 bed dorm was pretty cramped. We found another hostel with a private room with bunk beds, larger in size, for about the same price. No fresh water available was a killer.
