We were so happy with our stay in Aquilah the room was absolutely clean and spotless i saw them cleaning room and it was amazing how the owner trained them to clean the room dust free. Cold AC plus ceiling fan that we often use when the room is too cold already so its very nice becausw u have alternative. Our room was spacious and have a terrace were we could hang our wet clothes. A tv and towels and somehow some amenities. Breakfast lunch dinner fud was superb. We rent scooter with a reasonable price for 24 hours. We took tour from the Inn was okay. The only downside we had is as we arrive we were ask to stay in the second waiting area upstairs because we came around 10am and we have to wait 2pm to check in. So we rest quite have some mosquitos roaming around even in the reception area were we have breakfast so if they can have that machine that could minimize mosquitos around the Inn. Plus when we arrive we were told may be we could chk jn around 1 but We checked in pass 2 located with a very steep staircase. No table in the room or chair we can work. TV we cant use already on our last day theres nothing already. Wifi on and off Fud like lunch and dinner was great on their restaurant the only down side is the server SMILE is the key and proper service understable maybe because They onlt have one person the lady doing everything. THE FUD WAS SUPERB JUST ONE THING NOT MUCH VEGETABLE IN KAREKARE AND SINIGANG. The tour we took from the Inn was okay but not great the fud was not great but okay the van had very bad smell and no aircon. BUT STAYING IN AQUILAH WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE CAUSE MOST OF THE STAFF A ACCOMODATING AND HELPFUL. LOCATION QUITE NEAR TO TOWN CENTER A PLUS FOR US WE WANT TO WALK. VALUE FOR MONEY HOPE U CAN ALSO HAVE SOME PROMOTIONS ACCOMODATION INCLUSIVE OF BREAKFAST CAUSE I LOVE THE FUD IN AQUILAH

The location is good - walkable to Coron town proper. The room was kept clean and the staff brought me a small desk so I could work in the room. It's a good value.

The room was small and had no view at all. The internet went out several times and the power went out several times, this made working remotely a little challenging. The lobby apparently has Starlink, or something more reliable, but the rooms do not. It would benefit the hotel to have all the rooms on Starlink. The staff didn't always communicate clearly, so there were a couple of misunderstandings. They also recommended a tour group that wasn't good, so they could benefit from vetting the tours they recommend.

I liked the queen size bed and that it had all the facilities i needed. For me it was a great stay. Stafd was kind and respectful. I could book a scooter, van to airpprt, food, water, preaty much anything i wanted, and payed everything at the end.

The only thing i didn't like was the fact that there was no card payment a i had to get cash from atm. This may be a good addition for the future.. Other than that, I can't think of anything that i didn't like there, maybe the stiff incline of the stairs but that wasn't a big deal at all for me.

I can say i was super happy with this accomodation as it is very comfortable, they have everything you need on site or they provide (restaurant, laundry, scooter rental), bed was comfortable, AC is good as well. The room is on the small side but was fine for me. The staff is really nice as well! Depending what you want, the location can be very good as it was for me. It’s not in the center of the city and also not on main street which makes it very quiet and it is like 10 minutes walking distance to the central market which os more than ok i would say.

Awesome stay! The staff were really friendly and helpful, we booked all our tours with them even a 3 day expedition and although more basic then some of the others, was really good- we had a small group and went to some awesome places at a reasonable price (£200 chepaer than the most popular ones). The restaurant had lovely food and was cheaper than most places in town. The room was clean, and we paid a little extra for a good room but was worth it! The only thing that could be an issue for some less mobile is that the stairs are so steep,They are practically laders. Only a 10 minute walk from town, good quiet location.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful as we booked tours, mopeds and tuktuks through them. For some reason we got given a room with two double beds in instead of one so it was much bigger than we were expecting, think we got lucky! Had a great balcony with clothes drying rack and an amazin view. Shower had good water pressure.

Had to keep asking for more toilet paper as there wasn't a stash in the bathroom. Dogs and roosters start going from 5am which I think is unavoidable anywhere you stay. The stairs are very steep. Air-conditioning took quite a long time to cool the room down but there was a fan above the bed too. No hot water in shower

They upgraded our room for us upon arrival. The room was clean with AC and fan. It was about a 8 minute walk to the main street with restaurants, shops, and tours. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

The power went out several times but they had generators. I thought that the breakfast was included when I booked, but the receptionist told me that breakfast is NOT included when you book through Booking.com. I thought that was odd but it was okay because we were getting up early in the morning to go on tours that we didn't even eat breakfast most mornings.

Super friendly, easy going and helpful personnel. Very clean room, simple, but very nice. Comfortable bed, and the room also had both an AC and fan (double bed). Has a good restaurant with a small sitting area just outside. Furthermore it was easy to rent motorbikes or book trips via them. Plus point if you like (baby) cats (street adopted).

Coron had both of us getting food poisening, so we were stuck in our room for two days. We were still glad we were stuck in this place with how comfy it was, but the outside chilling space did not give us the satisfaction we needed, so we chose to move locations for our last days to a place with a swimming pool (since we were stuck on the island due to a Typhoon). After laundry (washing only) some of our socks and underwear were missing, but luckily these were found back 1-2d later.

Our stay at Aquilah was incredible, we arrived at the beautiful facility and were informed we had a free upgrade to a large double twin bed room with a balcony and TV, by far one of the most spacious rooms we have had travelling. The staff were also wonderful and very helpful booking us day trips, organising transport and cooking some great food in the cafe separately. The one very minor thing is the beds were alright, they weren't extremely comfortable but also not uncomfortable either. I would stay here again and highly recommend

We were given an upgrade to a large roo. with 2 double beds. The room and bathroom were very clean and modern with lovely views out towards the bay. The aircon, fans, lights and hot water all worked well. The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our bags when we arrived before check in time. They also organized our boat tour, airport transfers and laundry There is a cafe on site which we didn't try but the menu was extensive. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

The stairs to the room were steep but the staff helped with my heavy bag so it wasn't a problem for us.
