We stayed at the sky garden hotel a few days ago, big and clean rooms in a centered place in the city. Great team of workers who are willing to help with anything you need. On top of all that, the manager of the hotel, Mark, he is one of the best person you will meet. He help us with everything, took care of every arrangement we needed. He gave us real prices of tours and rentals so we don’t get ripped off. He also help us plan our trip better after we endend up arriving in a rainy day. We will most definitely return to this hotel, mostly because of Mark and his warm and caring attitude, it made the entire trip a thousand times better. Really recommend Thanks Mark❤️

Great location, near a bunch of things and close to town but not right in town so that it was quiet at night. Air conditioning worked fantastic and was great to cool off in. Great rooftop area with a pool and plentiful chairs, plus awesome view of the sunset at night. Staff was awesome!

The beds were rock hard and pretty uncomfortable. We were there a week and housekeeping never came by - we had to ask for more soap, towels, toilet paper (which they ran out of...) Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment in comparison to other locations I've been to in SE Asia. There was a limited menu and you had to pick one of the options on the menu the night before.

Stunning view on their rooftop pool. Breakfast was plated but tasted good. Has an elevator so its easier to go up ang down from your room. Location is reasonably accessible, its along the highway. Staff are accommodating, trustworthy and kind. We chose 2 hotels for our trip and the night before our check out, staff was kind enough to ask about our transpo to the airport as there was a current checkpoint from the LTO but we were just gonna change hotels. They also clean our room every day without us requesting it so our towels are changed on a daily basis. Room and bathroom is spacious.

Wi-Fi it too slow. There was no TV in our room, not even a window. No water dispenser, even though there was housekeeping everyday, our water was not refilled nor replaced so we bought our own. WiFi doesn't reach the pool area. We were told that a staff would provide towels for the pool, but there was no available staff in the rooftop. Pool is not that big, good thing there was only two of us swimming there. Don't think the pool can accommodate all of the guests if the hotel is fully booked. Hotel slippers looks dirty and old.

The room was very big, with two double beds and a nice modern bathroom with large shower. The rooftop and pool area was good for sunbathing, swimming and watching the sunset. View of Mt Tapyas from rooftop. Breakfast was fine and able to pre order. About 10 minutes walk to main bars/restaurant area but there are still some amenities surrounding the hotel.

Air conditioning was a bit weak and could only be felt when laying in front of it. We left the cleaning light on our room but still had to ask for it to be cleaned a couple of times.

very large & comfortable rooms, lovely rooftop pool area & nice view, really friendly and helpful staff and what was really convenient is that we booked all of our tours and transfers right from the reception. overall good experience.

although new, the hotel isn’t well kept - a lot of dust, towels were only changed upon request, the trash had to be left by the door and was not disposed daily, the breakfast selection wasn’t the best and the rooms lacked a TV set , fridge and safe.

We like the fact that the location was really central, close to everything. Getting public transpo was never a problem. There's a convenience store in front, though there aren't many things that you can get there. There are a number of sari sari stores nearby which are well equipped, from bottled water to chicheria etc., there are lots of restaurants to choose from which are merely walking distance from the hotel. There's a sharky's bar and resto almost in front where they offer musical entertainment at night. There is also an Andoks restaurant very close to the hotel. The hotel owner is very amiable and very hands on. He made sure that the customers' concerns are properly and immediately addressed. Mr. Henry and the other staff are also very nice and accomodating, not to mention very helpful, volunteering even to book our spa for us.

Water supply to one of the rooms we booked was not consistent, prompting us to request for a change in room assignment. This was immediately acted upon, so no complaints.

Modern and comfortable room and bathroom. A balcony is a plus to dry swimming suit. Loved cosmetics in the bathroom. Perfect location in the city center. Very helpful staff.

Breakfast offer and a food quality require a serious revision. Also rooftop swimming pool require attention and shading. Umbrellas don't get well with the wind so no shade in 40 degrees.

Great location, amazing staff and the rooms are the same as the photos. The smoking rooms are above the non smoking so no drafts of cigarette coming in and the facilities are well made and maintained. Staff helped at all our enquires and made alot of accomodations.

It is still being finished so some parts are still under way so that wad the only downside to this stay. Also the uphill after a night out needs a tuk tuk as it can be tiring walking up the hill on a full belly of food and drink.

My stay at Sky Garden hotel was satisying. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good considering its just a complimentary. Location was perfect, just couple of blocks away from the heart of the town by walking or just a tuktuk away. The hotel view was refreshing. Bed is satisfactory and wifi is very fast. Best thing about this hotel is you get more versus what you paid for.

Theres a bit of inconvenience but its not big of a deal

Fantastic rooftop, with a pool and lots of sun loungers. Breakfast included in the morning. Staff were lovely.

Our aircon kept having errors where we had to switch the electric off multiple times to get it back on. The rooms also had doorbells and in the night people walking by (unsure if kids) would ring the doorbell for no reason.
