Very clean, comfortable, and safe. Great location, close to everything. A budget friendly option without missing out on creature comforts. Just what we needed. We went for diving, and it was an easy ~8min walk to the dive shop and boat station/jetty/marina. There was plenty of space out the front of our room to hang wet gear post-dive. Staff were really friendly. We had a great stay!

Nothing we didn't like. Only thing to note I guess is that there is an initial smell to the water when turning on the shower, but if you just let it run for a couple mins the smell will go - just the island pipes. No big deal.

We stayed for 3 nights. The host Ate Annabelle and her brother were very helpful in booking us a motorcycle going to North Beach and kalanggaman island tour. They also recommended other tours and where to eat. They also informed us how much is the fare from the port going to the resort. Location was great. Not too far from the food market but still quite and peaceful. There is also a near atm just a few steps from the resort. The room was clean, with complete amenities, aircon was good too!

The water from the shower smell so bad. We had to let the water flow for like 2 mins before the smell disappeared. Wifi is very slow although I guess its understandable given that we were on an island.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming and chatting with the owner was really interesting. My room was a good size and clean. I appreciated the many hangers and the kettle for tea/coffee. The garden is also nice with two hammocks to relax in. The location is also good - the island is small so most things are within 5-10 minutes walk. The power outage was well-managed with lamps provided and a generator for basic electricity.

The aircon is positioned so it blows at your head. Nothing much to do about this. There is also a fan so can just also sleep with that instead.

The staff are INCREDIBLE! They couldn’t do enough for us, they were very knowledgeable and personable. They booked our transfers which were cheaper than our friends and were also private. The rooms are huge, hot showers, plenty of wardrobe space, safe, lovely terrace with garden view, plenty of room to dry our dive stuff. Traditional decor but very clean. Annabelle and the team were amazing.

WiFi signal was weak but this is island wide and not a negative on the property. Get an e sim sorted prior to arriving on the island. Not a deal breaker but a fridge would have been nice- although free water available at reception- another plus

Staff is great and helpful its a very chill garden area where they have aome hammocks and each room has a small porch. Malapascua is a very small island you can walk just about everywhere, if you wanna rent a scooter the staff will help you and absolutely give you decent pricing on everything. Room is clean and nice ac and fan works great and beds are comfy, even hot water shower if you need it!

Acctually not much to say here its a good and a bit cheaper accommodation, sometimes there power outages but hey wee are on a small island in no where what can you expect. Maybe get solar power haha semi jokeing

seemingly new construction but designed with water activities in mind! super clean spacious room with lots of storage space to organize your stuff and even a safe! super nice deck with tables and chair to chill and thoughtful drying racks for all your wet/sandy gear. but the family of this establishment really puts this place over the top. they did so many things to make our stay even more comfortable. first they arranged a last minute shuttle from cebu airport when our flight got delayed and we were afraid we wouldn't be able to make it to maya port in time for the last ferry if we took public transit. then we were stuck on the island due to some travel restrictions due to a typhoon and when we messaged them, they came to the ferry port to find us to let us know that they would hold the room for us. they also were gracious enough to let us use their phone as a contact number for some flight rebooking issues we were having. customer service next level for sure. highly recommend 💜

An absolute gem in Malapascua. Big room. Bigger bathroom. Two beds. (But bathroom door doesn't close very good, so not recommended for people who need a lot of privacy. Big window, with mosquito screens. Ac. Big lounge area infront. Super friendly, helpful, honest staff. Washing was great, taxi service superb. Very happy. What a room, I wish I could have stayed longer. In comparison to other resorts such a star 🌟 Two comfy hammocks. Quite. No black mold. Warm shower, not a lot of pressure, but at least not sea water like with others.

Ate Annabelle (the front desk receptionist) was so friendly and cheerful when we arrived. She also provided us with local recommendations on where to eat, where to go and best spot to watch sunset, etc. The resort itself was so peaceful with their spacious garden. Even though, we only stayed for 2 nights, it was calm and definitely a worthy stay.

We already anticipated that their internet connection is not as great so maybe, they can try investing to get a Starlink for a better experience specially for those digital nomad travellers like us. :D

We loved our little bungalow room, we had our own little terrace, it had AC and hot water! We also could refill our water bottle for free. The staff & owner Pascal were super friendly & helpful. The garden was also well-kept. Near to the beach & restaurants. Just a little attention point for fellow travellers (this has nothing to do with the resort), if you are a non-diver just be aware that there's not much else you can do on the small island of Malapascua. We had seen the island in 2 full days.

The only remark we have is that the bed was super uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard. For the rest our stay was wonderful!

I had such a great stay at JPH Resort, starting with the welcoming staff who was very attentive since day 1. The room is very spacious, nice and clean. It even has a balcony with seats. The outdoor is also really nice to relax. Locations is ideal, very close to the market and only 8 min walk from the port. The owner is also very kind and helped me with recommendations and to arrange a snorkeling tour around the island. When I go back to Malapascua I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything
