The hotel was nice. We loved their details for safety and precautions such as the foot pedals for the elevators and digital scans using room cards. Digital buttons for lighting and the TV was also nice. It was also near the Chinese Embassy and a few good restaurants.

We did not ask for room cleaning nor did they have clear instructions to display "Don't Disturb" on the screen so when we wanted to sleep in, especially since we had a long drive with our toddler, a housekeeper kept on ringing the doorbell and woke us up.

The junior suite was large and spacious enough for 3 guests who stayed there. The hotel is only 6 kilometers from the airport so it didn't cost a lot to book a ride upon arrival and departure. Staff was quite responsive and replied within the day.

The buffet breakfast looked good in pictures but my group didn't say anything about it so I figured it must be average. The hotel is rated 4 stars but I feel like I overspent for the stay. Similar hotels with the same ratings and location offered rooms at almost half the price this hotel charged me.

it was just a great place. all the staff were top notch amazing. the sjy view restaurant on the roof had great food and staff along with some amazing and friendly live singers. room service was giid when needed it, housekeepin always made sure had ckean towels and sheets. rooms were comfortable and spacious. i will be stayin there again next time i am here.

nothin i did not like

Location is central. Close to places of interest in the city. Less than 500 php by cab to airport on our last day. Staff was quite responsive. They reply within the day with certain answers to queries.

As an afterthought, I think they charge a lot higher than other similar hotels. Service and facilities were ok but relatively speaking, one might get the same for less. Not for those who would like to optimize their budget.

The staff was super helpful and nice. The facilities were amazing. The Queen single bed room I booked was perfect, it was way better than I thought it would be. I will definitely stay again, the next time I visit Davao.

It’s not that I didn’t like it. But I wish the gym was 24/7. Other than that facilities were nice.

The Sky View Restaurant located on the roof top where breakfast was served has an amazing view of Davao Samal island. This is my favourite place in this hotel. Not only because of the view but also the place is clean, the staff in the restaurant were helpful, friendly and they’re always smiling. Plus the breakfast menu was good food and tasty.

My only issue with this hotel is the front desk staff due to their poor communication. They’re slow in responding any requests especially emails, including urgent maintenance which happened on my first day. A simple reply acknowledging receipt of emails would be helpful. This is vital especially when room phones were not working due to wifi connection issues & you can only communicate through emails at night.

Breakfast buffet was in room price and probably best breakfast buffet I ever had here very good quality food. The restaurant on the roof was great food very good and reasonably priced views r spectacular and ladies singing were great.

Honestly I have no complaints.

Very clean modern hotel very obliging staff, the laundry lady is 'Wonderwoman' cleaning returned to us in under 2 hours! Location is very close to numerous restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets within 2 minutes walk. Nice gym and pool area.

The bar is a little impersonal and divoide of any character but we didn't choose the hotel for the bar. Overall it is an excellent hotel.

The staff are very helpful and the hotel is very accessible to everything.

We occupied 2 rooms with 2 beds each, one of the beds has bed bugs that bit my husband, his legs were feasted upon.

A beautiful hotel in Davao. I enjoyed the spacious room, swimming pool, the rooftop bar and restaurant. A great stay.

Only downside is the drab neighbourhood which surrounds this hotel. This is a typical feature of hotels in the Philippines - always located in a horrible neighbourhood.
