we love the location and how spacious the hotel is..

but i do not appreciate putting a time frame on the breakfast voucher. we stayed for 3 weeks and yet for one breakfast voucher I had to convince the receptionist to give a little consideration.. after getting so irated I just left and bought breakfast outside the hotel. They were nice to consider however and let me used it for dinner... I really appreciated that Please be informed as well that week long staying clients were not even offered special rates. that is why on the next 3 weeks stay we opt to stay at a different hotel. one that will make week long staying clients feel valued,

Location is very handy to the Airport, Our plane arrived over 2 hours late, (after 1.00am) and it was about a 10 minute walk to the Hotel. The security guard woke the receptionist so we could check in. The room was basic but the air conditioner worked well, as did the shower and there was a jug so we could make ourselves some tea or coffee. The use of compostable bottles for shampoo and conditioner is a great idea to decrease plastic waste. We had a pleasant late breakfast at the bakery located in the same complex.

There was a fair bit of traffic noise early in the morning. Did not seem to be much to do in the district.

I always check in this hotel every time I have flights due to its proximity to the airport. However, during my two previous stays, the shower water heater was not working on the room assigned to us. I love how accommodating the staff were with my concern. They tried to fix it but to no avail. My brother and I were transferred to another room instead. It was a bigger room compared to the one we booked and has better amenities (with a working shower heater, of course), a bigger working desk, etc. We highly commend the staff for a great customer service 😊👏🏻

The lack of elevator for senior citizens, handicapped, and the like

This hotel is very conveniently located near the airport, which made our travel much easier. The room was clean and comfortable, and despite its proximity to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were accommodating, and ensured that check-in and check-out were smooth. The hotel also offered useful amenities, making our short stay very comfortable. Overall, a great option for travelers needing a convenient and relaxing stopover.

It is very near the airport, has a massage parlor, shops, and restaurant just within the place. Also, clean place, and the room was decent and spacious. I really like that it is just along the highway so the transportation is easy, to and from the city center or even to the North. Also, it is located outside the city’s busy place so it’s a good place to relax after a long trip. I didn’t have an issue staying at the place. I hope they will continue this good service. I highly recommend it!

Not sure if they have, but it would be nice if they offer a shuttle service to the airport.

We were able to check in at around 11pm without any problems. Room were spacious. A/C was a bit noisy but it's OK. It's like a white noise to reduce the actual noise of cars passing by. Bed and Comfort Room were very clean. A/C was Cold so that's great. Bed is comfortable. Bath with heater. Toilet with bidet. Food from Anniepie downstairs were so delightful. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. A lot of table and chairs outside to sit down on if you want to relax.

The hotel is near the venue where I had my conference. It is also near the Airport, establishment and bank. There is a big lounge to rest with a lots of plants and wooden furnitures. Convenient store, restaurant, spa and laundry is available in the buidling.

The room light is not that bright for me, I need to work with my documents so I need much better lighting.

The people are good and the location is safe . Very helpful and friendly staff.

There was no intervener connection from the 18th till the 22nd , whole time we were there. The tv not working either . The vegetarian restaurant .. a lot not available plus the serving is too little . Enough for a little child but not for the adult .

The room was spacious and clean. The lobby area was decorated with many plants and had comfortable seating for lounging

There were 4 adults. I expected two queen like beds but they expected 3 to sleep in the queen and one to sleep in the single. Too cramped.

I like how they accomodated us to make sure the 2 rooms were nearby. The rooms were much bigger than we expected which was delightful. We had a very nice stay there. 10/10 would probably stay there again if given the chance.

There was no food to accomodate the guests but fortunately there's a mini mart and some restaurants below the hotel so it was all good.
