It feels like home staying in the villa. The staff were so pleasant, lovely and helpful. The atmosphere in the pool is so calming and relaxing.The rooms and bed were clean and comfortable. My family and friends did enjoy our advanced birthday celebration just before the holy week. I would definitely come back again in my future visit to the Philippines. The place is beautiful but just needed some little touch of maintenance.and paintings to preserve the place. You wouldn't like the place to get more older as the years goes by.

Making the booking initially I chose the cheaper room as often paying more does not get you more. We were put downstairs in a musty room, not particularly good. The next day I opted to up grade to room above above which was excellent having a pool view and seating outside on a small terrace. The extra cost was a good investment. Both rooms were very large although tired and need updating. The location is off the beaten track but not far from the main road and a short distance from the airport. The pool is very good as are the small grounds that surround it. One room had a hairdryer the other not, however my girlfriend was allowed access to a room with a dryer on the second morning. The rooms didn't have a kettle but on request one was supplied. No rooms had tea or coffee although cups were supplied. On the second morning the property lost water although my understanding it was an area problem rather than a property problem. However the upgraded room cost was removed as a result. The outstanding feature of the stay was the staff, their attitude and conduct and behind the scenes that of the owner. Without doubt the staff were some of the best I have experienced in recent times and made our stay memorable. With a little work, a few extras this house would be a truly great place to stay. Staff are very friendly, polite, warmth and accommodating. Always on top of everything to assist and support their customers. The girls even went out to the main highway to find 2 taxis for us. They upgraded 1 room for us for the safety and convenience of our elderly parents. The place presented elegantly and homely. The pool looks inviting but we were all knackered to have a dip. We requested an extended atay for another 2 hours and it was accommodated promptly. Aside from a tricky entrance from the main road to the place, generally it was a relaxing and comforting stay for the whole family. We love it and we highly recommended it.

It is conveniently located near Davao airport. A little off the beaten path, which makes it perfect, in my opinion, because it's quite but still only 2 kilometers from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is an excellent place to stay.

The only thing I didn't like, and this, is very minor, and a personal preference, the mattress and pillow were too hard for me.

Coming off 16 hours of flights and finally arriving in Davao we needed an overnight stay before picking up car rental Monday morning! Hotel was nearby beautiful heritage house with character! Staff were very attentive and allowed us to check in early ! Rooms were very clean but for me the godsend was the pool I spent the next 2 hours swimming in a sun warm pool in brilliant sunshine ! Absolutely perfect ! Slept like a baby ! Good prices breakfast wasnt included but was provided at a very reasonable cost ! Definitely recommend! Great place great staff ! ❤️❤️

I really like the location because it's near the airport and sea port so it's very convenient for us travellers. I also enjoy the cozy vibe and the design of the house. All staff even the owners are very accomodating, corteous and nice. The bed is very comfy and the air conditioned is working properly. The breakfast food is delicious as well.

It's really difficult to have a visitor. I know that they allow 30 minutes maximum but I guess for someone who will not sleep there and mainly wanted to catch up a bit, I am quite disappointed with it.

We stayed these 4 years ago and to be honest the same room had not been kept up to date and there was more dust than I would of expected for the price of the stay... it also needed the water damage on the ceiling to be covered with some paint and the water damage on the walls to be repaired and replasted and painted.. also behind the TV was a fire hazard as the whole of the TV was thick with dust made up of flammable hair and cloth fibers. But non of this had any bearing on our stay. The pool was fantastic as it was our first visit . Sadly no tea or coffee making in the room but was still able to have coffee made and drank out on the veranda. The staff couldn't be faltered they were very Pleasant and courteous also they were really helpful too.. thanks to you all ... And nothing would put me off staying again he they will accept us again.??

The pool. The peacefulness of the area even though it's very close to the airport..And we loved the heavy rains and thunder storms.. the gardens are also what I loved and seeing them 4 years Mowbray a pleasant and pleasing sight for me and my wife. The fact we can get our washing done is also a benefit. The TV was a disappointment as there was no Netflix or YouTube so he ended up using our phones

It was a diamond in the rough the staff was great the room was very good both me and wife truly enjoyed please don't change a thing we will definitely be back again the price point was perfect just far enough away from the traffic perfect I can't say enough about our experience there thanks again to the staff ........ Everything it was great

I loved the place. On my arrival at the reception it was very nice looking and very clean and with staff welcoming you all the way and beyond. The pool was really great and only a stone trow away from my room and i spent a lot of time in the pool. The manager is really great and goes out of his way to help you. The food is also great at the villa i liked it all and i spoke to the manager to maybe add a few more dishes and swap and change sometimes as the long stay guests will love that. The bed rooms are a bit small but comfortable. The shower and toilet are working great. The bed for my sleeping is a bit soft for a long stay but it was sleeper ball. Maybe latter on the Villa mite want to invest in some nice and better beds to improve there service to the customer. I really liked the inside of the villa with its antique. The road outside the villa was a bit rough and maybe if it will get fixed with Tare it will make the front of the place look a lot better. The staff was very friendly and helpful towards me and my girlfriend. Room service was respectable, The swinging pool and bathrooms were kept very clean.

The sliding door in my room didn't close fully, and the TV would get no signal a lot.
