The design of the hotel was nice. The staff was very interested. It was a clean hotel. The hotel's food was delicious.

The sound insulation of the room was very bad. We could even hear the toilet flushing sound of other rooms. There was a kitchen under our room and all the sound from the kitchen came into the room. There was a gap between the pence. The door body was split and the room was visible from the outside. The fountain in the bathroom was not pressurized and flowed muddy. I would choose that hotel again even for the staff. But they should definitely fix the deficiencies in the hotel I mentioned

Everything was clean, staff was great, they helped us arrange the island hopping and motorbike rental. Definitely recommend the yoga class, I am a bit sad that we only tried it on our last day, it was amazing! If you go on an island hopping organised by the hotel, don't eat from the seafood ;) all other foods were great at the tour. Outside of a little food poisoning the island hopping company was also great, much better than the one we had in Coron. There are tricycles in front of the hotel so it is easy to get to anywhere, there is also a restaurant with great food, pool, massage and yoga. We also had a massage which was again better than the one we had elswehere.

Our room was a bit noisy, facing the street and above the kitchen. We didn't mind it but I can imagine that for some people this can be distrubing. They hand out earplugs though. Othwerwise amazing stay, great location!

Very willing and kind staff.The room was very nice and quite spacious.A fridge would be a perfect addition to the room and also an extra surface like an office-table would also add comfort to the guests.We would definitely return.

There is no phone in the room and the what’s up line did not help the contact with the reception.No one was answering on time,so after waiting long, enough,we had to go to the reception in order to do our job every time.Hopefully nothing serious occurred during our stay that needed immediate handling. Breakfast menu could have more variety for Europeans.

The staff, room setup, ambience of the resort. The resort is a very cute place with an ample amount of greenery all around you. They have a restaurant downstairs which serves good breakfast (at a discounted rate for in-house customers) which they even deliver to your room. One good thing about this restaurant is that they accept cards(which I've hardly seen at other places). The staff is very friendly and a fun bunch of people. Shower in our room was an open shower which was cool. They provided good quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner too! They even provided a smart TV with Netflix subscription. They have a spa within the resort where the staff is very good at providing relaxing massages.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't adequate. It was also difficult to set the shower to the correct temperature. Either it's too hot or too cold. You have to keep fiddling with the knob throughout your shower.

Excellent customer service - helped us book a motorbike, organise overnight laundry and a transport to Port Barton. Chilled Atmosphere - great music selection and sense of calmness. You could easily chill by the pool or enjoy a yummy meal. Comfortable, clean room with great air con. We loved the queen bed. Location - between the main town of El Nido and vanilla beach. Only 5 min via taxi/motorbike. Food - the on-site restaurant has amazing vegetarian options (falafels) and basil fried rice. Spa treatments - quite a few wellness options and yoga daily.

A view of the sunset, however you can walk 2 mins away to amazing bars and enjoy a happy hour.

The room was fantastic.(Although there is no shower room dor, which is funny if traveling with friends, but if you are a couple, it's nice.) The establishment is amazing, spa, view, pool, everything. The staff is amazing, and very kind. There was an option for luggage storage untill night after check out, and also they let us take a shower and provided towels after the check out time. They were incredibly helpful and kind.

Maybe the light in the batroom near the sink could be better, but overall it was an amazing experience.

I love the whole aesthetic of the resort. From the common area, the restaurant and most specially the rooms! Minimal decors but everything is well thought of with every small details added. The room is very coz with warm lights, WIFI supports the smart tv for netflix, the AC is cold enough for hot days and the bathroom is spacious enough for you to enjoy a relaxing hot shower. Whats also amazing is the view of the sunset right outside the room and at the common area. Swimming pool is also great for an early dip or just chill sunset vibes. I enjoyed every meal at their restaurant. I just didnt have to leave the resort because everything is there. Staff are also very helpful with everything I need, from Van transfers, tours and even motorcycle rentals! Will def recommend to all my friends, family and fellow travellers!

Hate that i have to leave, but will definitely come back here!

Everything about my stay here was exceptional. I felt so welcomed and it really felt like the closest to home in the Philippines. It was such a calm and relaxing environment. I had the Carabao room so I had the outside patio to lounge in and just being outside with the staff and other guests was so peaceful. I do have to say though, Red (one of the hotel dogs) was my favorite part of my stay. I love her and miss her so much already!

It’s a full service property with a restaurant and pool. We also had our nails done and laundry done. Our luggage didn’t make the flight so quick laundry service is appreciated.

Our room didn’t have hot water in the shower. We reported to the staff and they had someone look at it, but it still didn’t work. With the warm climate, we were fine. We were there only a couple Of nights. We informed the staff so that it could be repaired prior to occupation of new guests.

It’s stunning, property and the staff. I moved into their sister resort as this was fully booked for a further 2 nights. The animals too. I also had a lovely falafel platter.

The shower temp is inconsistent, no direct beach access (although that’s such a minor thing as it’s literally still 250m away!!!), more vegan dinner options would be nice. Honestly loved the place.
