The room looked really nice, bigger than other places and the AC helped a lot. The staff was amazing, they helped with planning the tours for us, other activities and were very helpful when we felt sick and we needed to cancel a tour. The location is nice, close to the city but far enough to be quiet and enjoy the silence. The pool and Terrance are nice for relaxing and having breakfast or dinner, plus you can reach the beach from there. They also cooked for us and the food was very good with bid portions.

Sheryl the receptionist at St.John pension made my stay more valuable. The place itself is very nice. The swimming pool adds to the experience, since after a tour, or a day out, one can come back to relax there. The place has direct access to the beach where one can hace a drink at the restaurant of the beach place.

We didn't find the rooftop breakfast area until the last day but glad we did! Amazing views and a great way to start the day. Staff were super helpful and friendly and organised all our tours for us. Great location with good bars and restaurants in walking distance and a short tricycle to town or the surrounding beaches.

The first night was overbooked so we got an upgrade to a deluxe room, however it was downstairs near the staff area and very noisy. The bed was also super bouncy that for 2 singles sharing you woke up everytime the other person moved. We went to the normal rooms for the next 2 nights that were much better and decided to stay an extra night where we again were in a deluxe. This time is was on the top floor and was the best room we had there. Such a different experience from the first night!

I love the service and staff! They are all charming, accommodating and helpful. Free bfast so we dont have to worry about the 1st meal of the day. P.S. Commending Amazing Jhay! Thank you for the flowers.

It's quite far from the town proper. You can ride a tricycle for around atleast Php 20 each passenger. There's no cable but you can watch the news via youtube but due to slow connectivity from PLDT, there are times when we cant connect same as Netflix.

St. John Island View Pensionnevis a cozy home away from home located along the main highway in Barangay Corong Corong. It has direct access to the beach which is just 3 - 5 minutes walk away. The hotel personnel arranged our land transfers from Lio Airport and from El Nido to Puerto Princesa. It provides Filipino and American breakfast choices. Further, the various sitting areas and the pool and dart area provide a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for short and long term accommodation in El Nido.

Staff were very helpful - especially on our first night, one of the guys there helped us with some bits from the kitchen as we were too late for dinner anywhere close by.

Laundry service was not good - my shorts were lost and they couldn’t locate them. We were also handed back some items still wet without telling us. They therefore smelt so bad when we took them out and had to re-do the laundry elsewhere!

The kindest, and most helpful staff, I've ever met. Very good location, just far enough from the noise of the town, but very close to the beach. The pool and the bar are very nice. We got a value for our money

The room is a good size, the bed is comfy and the fan worked so well that I didn't use the AC. The shower was one of the better ones I've used in the Philippines. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is okay.

There is pretty direct beach access but other than that, the location isn't great... too far to walk to either Las Cabañas or Corong Corong. Fine if you have your own transport (I had a bike) but not ideal if you don't.

What I 'd love most was the location it was sooo accessible to any place we wanted to go. The pension was well maintained specially with plants which makes it more fresh in the morning. * Staffs are friendly and accommodating. * They were helpful at all times and in arranging trips as well as tours. * The rooms were clean and excellent

*The kitchen guy seems to be not attentive for specific instructions in taking orders for food like breakfast. *No much view around * Most was the INTERNET SERVICE was slow and we don't have internet in two days...

Wifi is weak and intermittent in our room, Needed to add repeaters around the area. For average built body, room is good, but for foreigners, maybe this is small for them. Air-conditioned is old and little bit loud for sensitive guest.
