- DJ set and sunset view are great - The room is spacious and confortable - The food, breakfast and cocktails are good

- The staff is really distracted and not attentive. Forget orders, long waiting time even if the place is empty, forget bills or ask you to pay twice - The reception could be much more friendly with the guests - The internal pool is dirty - They take a significant mark up on the tours, better book in town - The trash deposit right at the entrance of the hotel it smells and it's not so pleasant

Panorama is simply a hidden gem. Lovely rooms and amazing staff. Jeppy, Arnel and team are just wonderful.

We were disappointed that the hotel did not inform us before we arrived that they had building work going on, and the beach club was closed. This was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. The restaurant is quite expensive and lots of items on the menu were not available. However the food we did have was lovely. To improve I suggest that you have a member of staff serving guests around the pool area also.

- we saw some rats outside, but in the restaurant and near our room (different days and locations) - 3 days out of our 4 total, 1 of the 2 chooseable milkshakes for breakfast was unavailable. For a hotel of this price range, this is not acceptable - the hotel is located a few metres below the road. We had to carry our heavy luggage down a steep slope as the tuktuk wasn’t allowed to drive down! - the beach bar is first come, first serve. So there were loads of external non-residents who had equal chance on the seats as the paying hotel guests. This didn’t really feel right, as it was always very busy with people taking one drink and 100 photos, then leave.

A perfect hotel to stay at in El Nido. Slightly out of town so it’s peaceful but close enough to be near all the action. The hotel has a great aesthetic and relaxing pool area. The sunset bar is a truly amazing way to spend the evening (get there early so you get a good spot as there are no reservations for hotel guests). The dj sound doesn’t travel back to the hotel so it stays quiet if you’re in your room. The food was delicious, an a la carte breakfast is a great idea. A special shoutout to Jeppy and Christian who were so friendly and helped us order perfect food and drinks! All the staff went above and beyond if needed.

My stay at Panorama Beach Resort in El Nido was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and welcome gift and drinks and genuine hospitality, making us feel right at home. The resort is nestled along a beautiful beachfront, offering breathtaking views stunning sunsets that made every evening magical. The villas were stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a blend of modern comfort and natural elements. I especially loved the open-air ,It felt like our own private slice of paradise. Everyone was so nice and friendly, the staff every morning , lunch or evening were welcoming me and remembering my name which shows a lot they care about everyone .Everyone was very nice and helpful, I really enjoyed meeting everyone The food and drinks at the resort’s beach bar were top-notch. Breakfasts were fresh and filling, and the cocktails at sunset were a daily treat. The pool area was also a highlight — perfect for lounging and soaking in the scenery. Also there is a really cute cat name Georgina- I will miss having my breakfast next to her , such a cutie What really set Panorama apart was the vibe and the people — it’s relaxed, intimate, and peaceful, ideal for couples or anyone looking to unwind in a serene, beautiful setting. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again. Highly recommended!

No comments-everything was perfect

Comfortable beds. Quiet room (when door to bathroom was closed. ) Friendly and helpful staff. Dependable and proactive reception staff. Unique beach front cafe and bar with spectacular views across the bay and towards the sunset. Good restaurant food. An unusual Cabana style in a private and low density location.

General care and maintenance needs attention. Faded paintwork, loose faucet, toilet seats askew and broken main room door handle. In general, there was a feeling of lack of attention to detail. The bathroom has an open air window just covered with mosquito netting. This lets in heat and also noise from the adjacent property. A crying baby was often in full voice. It would be good to have lighting over the toilet and shower. These areas are rather dark.

In Panorama beach club and resort the first and most important is the good impression of the staff! All of them very polite, willing to help and always happy to make you feel comfortable. Of course if you visit the hotel you will appreciate the design and the good taste of everything. The owners took care of the last detail on the resort which makes it one of the most beautiful hotels in El Nido!

The hotel is excellent overall, but the humidity can be an issue, which is common in El Nido. Adding a dehumidifier in each room would make it perfect, especially since the rooms have limited ventilation with only the main entrance as a window. Fresh air or a dehumidifier would greatly enhance comfort

It is secluded but you do not feel isolated. Only 8 huts/guest rooms makes it private. The breakfast is a la carte and with a Spanish take - really tasty and exceptional. Menu for lunch/dinner is varied and tasty. Great drinks. Staff is kind, warm and ready to make your stay special. Sunsets are breathtaking from upstairs restaurant or downstair bar which has a small infinity pool you can dip in and have a drink in. Panorama is a short 10 min ride on tricycle (local tuk tuk) if you want to explore town of El Nido. An island hopping day trip is a must.

I wish we stayed longer. :)

Loved the privacy of the property. The villas were so unique and offered everything we needed for a week long stay. The staff were exceptional! Special shout out to Reynold, Jeppy and Christian who were all so kind and hospitable. Faculties were wonderful and it was amazing to have such a cool restaurant and beach club adjoined to the accommodation. We organised Tour A and bike hire through the hotel reception and everything went so smoothly. Massages were divine and food and cocktails were also exceptional! Loved it!
