We had a really good time in this hotel. It’s such a beautiful and colorful place. It’s so comfortable to have a pool to refresh yourself with the heat. The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. The location is amazing. We are literally on the Loboc River, so we can enjoy our eating time with the river view. Also, the sunset is stunning. On the top of that, the staff is so lovely. They were always here when we needed them. You can rent a scooter directly from the front desk, which is really useful. I recommend 100% this hotel for you staying in Bohol.

The only thing we can notice is to suggest more sweet dishes like desert, ice cream or just sweet snacks :) And we can recommend to have some earplugs for the night cause the air conditioner is really nosy. Otherwise, everything was perfect !

We chose Loboc over Bohol to stay in a more quiet area. It’s next to the river where you can enjoy your breakfast and close to a lot of sightsee points. The breakfast was made by the lovely kitchen staff. In the evening we also enjoyed their cooking! You can rent a scooter and different activities through the reception.

The beds were a bit hard (thin mattress), also we had a horrible few nights because of the dog on the other side of the street. It literally barked the entire night. We asked the staff if they were able to talk to them, but they did not acknowledge the noise. The next day we did this ourselves. Not really customer friendly in our opinion..

Great budget option by the Loboc River. A little faded but clean and charming with its interesting multi-level outdoor area. We had 2 budget rooms (bit dark and cramped but did the job) and upgraded to the family room (brighter with enough space for the four of us). Excellent service from the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The kids (10 and 12 years) loved the slides into the river and played there for a couple of hours each day (watch out for the strong afternoon currents!). Great location - by the river and close to the town centre.

Great hotel on the River, quiet and scenic location. Staff were lovely, room was clean. Breakfast was very good and meals were also good size portions and yummy. After 5 weeks travelling this was definitely one of our favourite places to match value for money.

Please have water provided like every other hotel, even much cheaper ones. Especially at meals staff need to supply service water. Helps the environment too.This is the only real fault we had.

Our room was big, basic, comfortable and with great views. Location of this place is fantastic, you jump into the lovely palm-fringed river from your restaurant table. They will arrange anything for you: scooter, tuk tuk, taxi, tours... But what really makes this place really outstanding is 79 year old Mr Boi and his family and staff. Truly kind, dedicated and full of stories. And much more. I had to extend our stay because I was badly sick and in strong pain. Mr Boi visited me in the room, worried and cared, when he saw I was not getting better he organized a visit to the health centre where when they saw him refused to charge me, took me there and to the pharmacy with his car, he had an ambulance on call just in case. Exactly the kind of person you need when you feel you are about to die. Thanks sooooo much Mr Boi and family.

Lovely spot looking out onto the river, location was relatively close to bars and restaurants and they do scooter rental for you to explore further afield.

Restaurant food was very greasy, but similar to most Filipino food I suppose. Our room was a bit small and pokey but we did opt for the budget option. Would be worth an upgrade to aircon if you have the budget.

All of the staff were lovely and really helpful. I think we stayed in the basic room which meant we came straight out onto a balcony area with a view of the river which was brilliant! The shower is ok but is handheld and did seem to make the the bathroom smell a little due to the drainage. We arranged kayaking and a firefly tour through the inn and both were excellent. We also ate twice and found the food to be tasty and not expensive (we did also have a superb meal over at fox and firefly which we walked to). Great location for wandering into town and the port was a 700php tuk tuk away. Room was basic but clean and had a strong fan in which was fine for us. We also used the pool which we really enjoyed! Really recommend!

We saw a few other nearby accomodations that seemed to include the kayak/paddle board as part of the stay which seemed like a nice but unexpected touch.

Absolutely beautiful property. We had such a lovely few days. The staff are so friendly and the food was delicious. The room is big and clean, perfect for 4 of us! The kids loved the pool and swimming in the river, especially the slides! Thank you for having us in such beautiful surroundings, we loved it!

Only negative would be that it would be nice to have guest access to a water filling station - although staff always happy to fill our bottles in the kitchen.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, with nothing too much trouble. The food is excellent and fairly priced - I strongly recommend the buttered chicken.... I cannot name an exceptional staff member as they are all exceptional. The rooms are basic, but exceptionally clean.

Shared bathroom, but that was no hassle.
