Thank you so much, B&J Guesthouse and Tours, for making our Bohol trip so much fun and memorable. The staff were very friendly and did a great job helping with all our requests. They also gave helpful suggestions that made our stay even better. From the start, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. Our stay at the hotel was nice—the room was clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast too. We also had a great time during the tour. Everything was well planned, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The places we visited were beautiful, and the whole trip went smoothly. Our driver and guide, Ma’am Neneng, was very kind and helpful. Because of their good service, we were able to relax and enjoy our time. We would love to come back again and will surely recommend them to others.

There were 3 things I liked about the stay: (1) the room was spacious for 3 people. Comparing that to other hotels of the same price range, this one is sooooo much better, (2) the staff were amazing. They were accommodating and entirely helpful all throughout the stay and (3) the hot and cold shower.

Well, since it's right beside the road, you would hear vehicles passing or people talking. This means walls are thin. But it was because the windows are the old residential glass designs. But even with that noise, you can sleep well considering the bed is comfy.

The outside looks a bit uninviting, more commercial looking but that all changes as soon as you walk in. Excellent staff with cheerful smiles very efficient, a lift, lovely dining area, all fresh and clean. Limitless hot and cold fresh drinking water. Comfy bed. AC a little noisy. Hot shower fluffy towels.  The hotel arranged a car for us but couldn't guarantee it fully comprehensive insurance so we sourced one off the Internet. Apparently (do check) a new car is always fully comprehensive to it's first 3 years. A short ride up to road(15p PP jeepney) was a food court (Hideout) good food but musicians on every night were good but a little loud for us oldies. A little further the Island village shopping Mall had everything you could need (including Banks and ATMs) . Adjacent to the mall was the Dao bus terminal which serves quite a lot of the island. 

Such a pity This has to be the breakfast. Not so much what it was but the fact that it had been made a lot earlier and let go cold with a piece of cling film over it. On both occasions we went to breakfast 30 minutes earlier than arranged but still cold. Not great for bacon egg and toast.

The hotel was clean, very homey, the staff was so accommodating, kind and VERY PROFESSIONAL. They are the truly gem of the company.

Can't complain anything, just a suggestion. If you go out from 2nd floor and turn to left side of the rooms. If you don't see the stairs edge, you might stumble. At least put some plants with base to avoid accident. But overall, the hotel's cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff are outstanding. Highly recommendable.

I had a migraine episode that night, so I was sleeping all throughout the evening until 4am. The AC'd room and the hot shower helped alleviate that. There were requests I made, and they accommodated those. I appreciate how they did that, and because of that, I'm giving them a 10.

I could hear people talking sometimes. Good thing the other guests were well-mannered. There was no shouting.

the staff were responsive to our request for a room change. our room was facing the road and you can hear traffic noise loudly. they were fast to change us to a quieter room. Good communication was maintained between the hotel and me as we could talk on whats apps. Also they always remind us that the front door of the hotel will closed at certain time.

first night when our room was noisy being the Main Street is outside the window. my friends’ room were near the kitchen and they complained that the kitchen staff made too loud noises in the early morning disturbing their sleep. lastly the water pressure is unpredictable. sometimes got no water coming out of the shower head.

Staff are really really the best! They helped me get food..private car rental..tuk tuk..provided suggestion of itinerary. They ensure the guest have the best and comfortable experience. Their price might be higher than other accommodation in city, but totally worth it! Room is clean and mattress is comfy! Wifi surely the highlight for B&J, signal covered all area. They also have generator in case of electricity blackout, which is very common here in Tagbilaran and Panglao…

my room on second floor near Main Street…so a bit noisy…recommend bring ear plug while travelling here

The staffs are very accommodating and helpful. We have to change rooms multiple times for comfort.

The toilet seat is inside the shower enclosure, nobody else can use it if somebody is showering 🤪. Would be nicer to add a shampoo/soap holder inside the shower instead of only by the BR mirror 😉.

the staff, the room, the food, the all around feeling. stayed for 12 night's and I can say that i felt home and i make a good choice

the toilet didn't work, and i was need to call the staf like 5 or 6 times so they will fix the problem. also the stream in the shower is to weak. even so, i had a good and comfortable time. the staff always answer my calls in a hurry.

Clean, friendly staff, extra toilet and bath in the good for 10 room. Small, cozy and neat. I rate it well and suggest it to others to consider.
