Loved this place! Clean! Friendly staff, always helpful, smiling and so caring for their guest. Good breakfast, and the dinner in the restaurant…first class! Went to many restaurants around also, but the dinner in the hotel was absolutely the best! And the restaurant staff was all great too ! Bryan, Nancy, Rye, Jomarlou and Marcelito and all others working there which I’m sorry I don’t remember all the names….keep on doing your fantastic job taking care of the guest. I’m so thankful to you all for making my first stay in your beautiful country so memorable.

The breakfast was just fair but with the excellent service of the waiter Justin Zachary Suganob, it seems the foods were great!

Was not able to avail of the discount privileges for senior citizens . And per online application, it was stated no downpayment is required, however, there was an attempt to make debits on my card, but cannot do so because it requires my PW, so I paid the full amount in the hotel using my debit card.

The staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was okay, but limited menu items.

The room we were in was outdated. The noise coming from the club next door until the wee hours of the early morning was very annoying and prevented some to get a good night sleep.

Breakfast is very good and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Although I did not ask one but how I wish they have a bread toaster visible there wherein guest can toast their bread.

Everything in the room, bathroom is tidy and clean but there's one I didn't like, the bathroom taps and shower taps it would be nice to see it shiny and clean to look at.

I liked the location - close to everything.

The loud music and karaoke bar next door were so noisy and went on till the wee hours of the night.

The staff was very friendly, polite and helpfull, the room was very clean and very close for walking to the Inner City Mall and the Kenny Rogers restaurant.

The pillows were uncomfortable for me and the drain in the shower area was the wrong type so the water backed up. Made a suggestion to staff on how to correct it.

The breakfast buffet was different each day and was incredible. The staff was polite, friendly and professional.

I have no complaints at all.

The amenities, the food, the service, all the staff are polite and treating every guest with respect.
