The location is accessible in the city and the staff is very approachable.

Regarding the facilities and amenities, I suggest that it would be better if the establishment had provided at least an electric kettle in the room since it is important to have hot water in the morning and evening for coffee or milk rather than going down to the lobby and getting hot water which was hassle.

The staff - they are very accommodating even prepared breakfast for us at short notice and helped us find van rental.

Hope they can have room for seniors and their family at the ground floor. Climbing stairs was an ordeal.

It is near the city and easy access to public transportation

No shower heater and the other staff isnt accomodating enough to let us have some hot water because she needs hot water for her shower, because of her back problem...they won't let her even if she pays

Very nice and clean accommodation. The rooms are big and the AC is working well. We enjoyed staying here very much. The owners are very friendly and helpful. E.g. we could leave our luggage there during our three day scooter tour through Bohol. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it!

Not very far from the pier. The room is quite big and clean. The breakfast is only 100 PHP.

The mattress was a bit too soft
