The staff was very helpful and respectful. They were quick to anticipate our needs from the guards, the Concierge to the bellhops. We had a very pleasant evening at the roof deck where we ordered a few desserts and cold drinks from the kitchen. The Turon was one of the best we ever tasted and we even ordered some to go the next day. The halo halo was also excellent. The staff that served us in the roof deck were also very courteous and attentive. The breakfast was also very good. Just make sure to confirm your previous order to make sure there is no confusion. Location was convenient and very near to the docks and shopping. The best part of Belian was the courteous and professional staff. The Belian should promote their roofdeck to the customers as it can be a very nice private area to have a meal or small get together with superb dishes from the kitchen!

Nothing major or cant be improved. The floor in the shower was very slippery . A slip mat would help. Window in the main sleeping area could use a nice blackout curtain.

very accessible to transportation to get around the city, to laundry needs, restaurants & to move around the, city

no refrigerator, for people like me who has medication that needs to be refrigerated, it’s an imperative need.hot & cold shower was inconsistent most of the time no hot shower, we have to update our room keys frequently, no hot water boiler for coffee , no hair dryer/blower.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Had most thing I'd need. Staff is very helpful and service minded. We didn't have a coffee maker or water boiler in our room but they boiled water for us to use without extra fee. Rooftop balcony was where we spent every evening/night and it was totally awesome.

Room was a little on the small size but totally fine. Would have liked a small refrigerator and a water boiler which were included in other rooms. Felt a little cheap to not include that in this room.

Staff were amazing, even upgraded our room as we were staying for so long time and we thought it best that more light was needed for us. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel was well presented inside.

We felt that the curb appeal needed a little more work, wasted land at side of hotel we look better if it was cleared and had some plants or something on it instead. Having to come home!! :(

It’s location is so close to the sea ferry terminal it’s perfect for business travelers and transit travelers. Rooms and bathroom are clean. No bugs. It has daily good breakfast selection Helpful staff

It’s aged a bit and will need some refurbishing here and there. Nothing major. The mattress also needs replacing. But overall an excellent choice

I requested the Staff to deliver my food in my room because I not feeling well during my stay and the staff gave me some medicine that I have requested and help me a lot to recover my condition. And got recovered because of the good amenities and services.

Just maintain the Cleanliness and hospitality of the staff.

All the staff were excellent in every way, especially Jessie Mae who served us breakfast, and Vanessa at the front desk.

Good location, right next to the port. Excellent staff. Clean and tidy room(501) with a good balcony overlooking the port and sea.

All good, no complaints.

The room and bed are nice

I can hear the noise in the next room, and they are too strict with visitors even if I don't even exceed the number of occupancy in the room.
