The staff let us leave our bags while we went to Chocolate Hills for the night. When we arrived back, we got the key and found the room was very clean, with good air con and lovely cotton sheets, and some toiletries. The shower was good and the breakfast was tasty.

There was a lot of noise in the street (which wasn't the hotels fault) until 4am and some guests came in quite late and banged their doors and were chatting quite loudly. There is a sign in the room to say keep the noise down, but maybe they didn't read it. Perhaps a sign in the lift just to remind guests?

All the staff were friendly and breakfast was pleasantly offered as a buffet rather than plated. Also, its good location (near the city center and port) as well as the availability of ample parking spaces is a significant advantage. We also enjoyed a free room upgrade from standard to deluxe, which was a wonderful surprise.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room is weak. Additionally, the water pressure in the restroom is also low. Lastly, the cleanliness of the bathroom and shower requires attention, as it is old and unstable.

The first thing I noticed about the room was the incredible view of the water. A huge picture window provided the room with a view that was breathtaking. Beds were comfortable, aircon worked well. Hotel tries to reduce its environmental impact which is great. Big water cooler at the end of each corridor, and a large water jug available in each room. Much better than plastic bottles in the room. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We'd booked 3 rooms, but could only get 2 next to each other, with one on the floor below. Staff were extremely apologetic, but in the end it worked out really well. Breakfasts were buffet style, with a few choices kept well stocked. Dining room was well air-conditioned. 7-11 just across the road was handy, and it's easy to hail a tricycle to get anywhere.

One wall looked unpainted. Turns out it's a design choice in the hotel, with walls being various shades of grey, but in my room it just looked unfinished, like still under construction. Looked better in some other rooms and areas though. Water pressure was marginal, but could wash ok. Soap dispenser was empty. Staff attended and reloaded the unit, but it failed to work. Ultimately these were just minor quibbles about an otherwise superb stay in this hotel.

Great location close to the port, restaurants, laundry services and shops. Good AC, clean, comfortable bed, nice view.

The breakfast could definetely be improved. They only offered a few Philippino dishes (sausages, rice, eggs and one type of vegetable), nothing more. We would appreciate bread, cereal, pastries, or at least some fruit. Floor was sticky despite being clean (probably due to bad cleaner being used) and the water pressure wasn't the best, however, that's an issue almost everywhere in the Philippines.

The elevator was working! The elevator was working! (Last year it wasn't, at the time I stayed, but forunately it has been repaired. It appears nearly new, there is no reasonable excuse for it to have been out of service last year.... fortunately it has been cured.

The seaview is still ruined by shacks used by local fisherfolk, just out the window.... please buy these people out and bulldoze the unslightly eyesores.

After a bad night in Cebu and a trip through the ferry, we arrived at Bohol in the Travelbee hotel. For the same price at Cebu, the room was like a dream. A large and wonderful view, with flower, the sea and the bridge under construction. You can see from there, Sky sea land, many little birds from a quiet place. The room was in an industrial-style, and the front desk lady upgraded the room for us

The only regret was the breakfast : no sweet choices, and very heavy meal (corned beef/ sausage/ greasy eggs, no fresh orange juice but a powder-made one which taste like medecine, a bad taste instant coffee, and no fresh fruits!

Location. Room ambience and cleanliness. Daily prompt room cleaning. Free filtered water for the rooms. Super quiet in the superior room. Close to everything, even the main jetty is just a 5 mins walk. I loved this place. I actually rebooked and stayed longer. 😆

It's only a small suggestion for improvement. A fridge and an electric kettle would do wonders adding that extra touch.

Great location, walking distance to the seaport and walking distance to city center. Clean, good breakfast with rice and 3 other dishes, a/c is strong, staff is friendly. Water cooler in every floor

The water pressure in the shower is so desperately weak. it was interesting showering with a trickle. It would also be nice if they could provide an electric kettle for the room.

Lovely little place with great location and a separate 24/7 restaurant and bar next door with great food and water views and cheap beers. Nice and quiet too with everything within walking distance (including ferry) and only half an hour ride to the whale watching spot in Lilo.

Friendly staff. Good people. Breakfast included. Good location. We didn't have a hard time going to the places we like. We'd love to come back and stay here again in the future!

Airconditioner does not get really cold. We reported it and they were kind enough to offer another room but the aircon was in the same situation so we didn't switch rooms anymore. Stain on the sheet. We reported that and they changed it but the new sheet had blue stains. When I paid my balance, they tried to charge me 200php for the stain that we reported. I told the staff that the stain was already there (We saw it the morning after our first night after I folded the blanket, and we told them about it immediately). The staff was reluctant at first but that was only for a few seconds and she did not charge me anyway.
